Taking down carefully storage water heater of capacity 25 to 35 ltr, dismantling inner tank & outer tank, pipe assembly, cleaning thoroughly with descaling liquid compound, overhauling complete to ensure, free & consistent flow of water through pipe outlet, rethreading of inlet/outlet pipe 15mm dia, including bronze welding of inner tank (If required), reassembling the same at existing/new place, testing/commissioning after re-installation at site complete all as specified & directed. Note: 1. Replacement of unserviceable parts if required, shall be measured and paid as under supply only separately in relevant items. 2. Checking of fault in Solar water Heater of New accn area by deputing adequate number of qualified Solar technician/Plumber and helper with necessary T&P and safety tools etc and ensure that to restore water heater in working condition after rectifying the fault with using minor items of cost not more than Rs. 10/- shall be included in the unit rate complete all as specified (complaint shall be part of the bill), replacement of connected accessories if reqd are measured and paid separatelyin relevant items: Note:- (a) The Solar water heater items reqd to repair fault are measured and paid separatelyin relevant items. (iii) The contractor and rep of MES shall prepare jointly a list of unserviceable parts after opening the DG set.
