Providing and laying 30mm bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggrgates of specified grading, premixd with bituminous binder VG - 30 @ 5.4% per cent of mix and fller and 7 % Plastic waste transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrosttic paver finisher wth sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compensation complete as per technical clause 507 of per MORTH specifctions

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including Reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. (HSR 34.26) Note:- 1. A sealing primer may be applied in advance on cement concrete pavement to ensure proper bonding. Any laitance and/or curing compound to be removed where paint is required to be applied on concrete surface. 2.Cost of painter is already included in hire charges of road marking machine.

Unit rates and prices shall be quoted by the bidder in Indian rupees IITB Clause 14.s). For routine maintenance, the unit rate indicated by the authority shall apply. The bidder is required to accept these rates. Further, the payment shall be perforamce based. It may kindly be noted that the contractor would be obligated to carry out 05 years paid maintenance of Rs. 14.83 lacs as per the fixed rates mentioned as Annexure-'A' in the DNIT. However, the item of 05 years maintenance shall not be part of BOQ to avoid any confusion.
