Supply and fixing in repairs, steel spring of suitable size/ equivalent to existing size for smooth functioning of old rolling shutters including taking down and removal of existing unserviceable old steel spring complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for taking down of top cover of steel rolling shutters, gear operated type, with bevel/lever gear box and crank handle and re-fixing the same in same location and/or other location after necessary repairs such as cleaning, greasing, replacement of rusted nuts and bolts with required welding, grinding etc and making good to the existing shutters for the shutters of area exceeding 10 sqm but not exceeding 20 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing of rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete of quality -A, Gde-E-250, Fe-410-W complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing of mild steel, plain, black sheet, 1.60mm thick, as in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars, 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars, 6 to 8mm dia and over, as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing in repairs mild steel pipe, heavy grade, of following sizes for smooth functioning of old rolling shutters and taking down and removal of old existing unserviceable pipe of any description and size complete all as specified and directed.

Roof Treatment 1. Cleaning of old concete roof by roughening picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc, 2. Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre 3. Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate 25 mm thick as in roof kerbs, mud stops, padding or filling roof depressions, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement etc, 4. 10mm thick rendering in Cement mortar 1:4, 5. Material and Labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg/ sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bitumious primer @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density .87 to .89 kg/ltr at 25' C temprature and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at the at the side and 150mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface complete as per standred practice as per manufacture's instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shell be under:- (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23'C at 650/450N / 5cms (ii) Tear strengh in longitudial and transverse direction at 300 / 250N/ 5 cms. Softing point of membrane not less then 150'C when tested in accordance with ASTM (d-5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shell be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrance only complete all as specified.
Supply and fixing of expanded metal/chicken wire mesh, weight exceeding 3 kg but not exceeding 4 kg per sqm, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on ceiling surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:3, finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on external fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces, of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide zinc crome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, roof projections, cornices etc. and applying two coats of approved white or tinted cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.
Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 2,05,100.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page Nos.61 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
