Servicing of Aviation warning lighting fixtures of various types and ratings in flue/flare stack. The scope of work includes replacing damaged components (LED cluster, PCB etc. for LED Aviation fitting & lamp, holder, igniter, transformer etc. for Neon fitting) and rectification of wiring faults. The rate shall include the charges for fitting of a new, LED/ Neon/ similar fixture in place of the damaged one, if repair of components is not feasible. All materials required for work will be supplied by FACT. The replaced components shall be returned to FACT.

Repair / replacing of defective single / double tube light fittings in various buildings including administration building, yard rooms and control rooms of Petrochemical plants. Repair scope includes disconnection of the fitting and accessories as per site requirements, cleaning, replacing damaged parts and assembling back, refixing / reconnecting and servicing of all lamps in the fitting. All materials required for work will be supplied by FACT.

Servicing of lighting fixtures of various types and ratings without control gear fitted on ceiling/ wall reachable up to a height of 6 m from the standing floor/ rack. The scope of work includes replacing damaged components such as lamp, holder, fuse etc., and rectification of wiring faults or replacing the damaged lighting fixture/control gear unit with a similar one or a junction box, if repair of components is not feasible. All materials required for work will be supplied by FACT.

Servicing of lighting fixtures of various types including LED well glass fittings and other fittings with control gear fitted on ceiling/ wall reachable up to a height of 6m from the standing floor/ rack. The scope of work includes replacing damaged components such as lamp, holder, fuse etc., and rectification of wiring faults and /or replacing the damaged lighting fixture/control gear unit with a similar one or a junction box, if repair of components is not feasible. All materials required for work will be supplied by FACT.

Servicing of high-bay lighting fixtures of various types including LED well glass and other fittings (with or without control gear) fitted on ceiling/ wall reachable at a height of 6 m or above from the standing floor/ rack. The scope of work includes replacing damaged components such as lamp, holder, fuse etc., and rectification of wiring faults and /or replacing the damaged lighting fixture/control gear unit with a similar one or a junction box, if repair of components is not feasible. All materials required for work will be supplied by FACT. Crane facility will not be available and hence use of appropriate ladder will have to be resorted to for attending to the work. The replaced components shall be returned to FACT.

Transporting of AC Sets (Split and Window type), water coolers, Deep freezers, Bottle coolers etc. inside the company premises. Hand cart for transporting AC sets and fork lift for transporting water Coolers will be provided by FACT free of cost.

Servicing of street lights/tower lights of various types and ratings (with integrated/separate control gear) fitted on lighting posts/ towers reachable at a height of 9 m or above from the standing floor. The scope of work includes replacing damaged components such as lamp, holder, igniter, choke, capacitor, fuse etc., and rectification of wiring faults and /or replacing the damaged lighting fixture/control gear unit with a similar one or a junction box, if repair of components is not feasible. The rate quoted shall be for repairing of all lamps in each fitting (i.e. a double lamp fitting will be considered as repaired only if both the lamps are working after repair). All materials required for work will be supplied by FACT. Crane facility will not be available and hence use of appropriate ladder will have to be resorted to for attending to the work.

Retrofitting and servicing of LED flameproof well glass fitting after disconnection and removal of existing HPMV wellglass fitting mounted at a height more than 5 metres on street light poles/ compound walls/ building walls/ parapets/ structures/ roof etc. Scope of work also includes necessary wiring modification in control gear for changeover from HPMV to LED and strengthening of mounting brackets if required, cable glanding and terminationis etc. LED light fittings with neccesary cable glands will be supplied by FACT.

Cutting concrete/ tar road, laying pipe of suitable diameter, back filling and concreting the cut portion of the road back to normal condition. GI pipe and materials required for concreting will be supplied by FACT.
