S & F Acoustic Insulation for Ducts with 40 mm thick, Resin Bonded Fibre Glass Wool of density 24 kg/Cu.m with RP Tissue Paper and covered with 28 Gauge factory laminated Perforated Aluminium sheet with at least 20% perforation and fixed with rubber based adhesive CPRX compound and securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/steel straps of size 12mm/50mm at maximum interval of 1.2m including sealing all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with aluminium foil tape 50mm wide to make the insulation leakproof and cleaning the internal surface of the duct to make it free from dirt and dust by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials and sealing all duct joints complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs UPVC Pipe of 32 mm bore, of pressure rating 10 KGf / Sq.cm including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, sockets etc and concealed in walls/ floors including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: The Pannel shall be designed and wired in such a manner that the starter for condenser water pump is powered first, after that the colling tower motor shall be powered and the Chiller units should get the supply only, if the condenser water pumps, cooling tower motor and chilled water pumps in ON condition.
