Supply, Erection & Commissioning of 1500/30 degree Continuous type Centrifugal machine Complete as per specification season 2024-25
Continuous Centrifugal Machine Dia 1500/30 degree for 'B' Massecuite curing machine complete with SS basket, SS product distributor, SS inner supporting screen, fitted with nickel screen, SS accelerating cone, receiving cup, bearing assembly with SKF make original bearing, MS monitor Casing & all machine elements, separate compartment for sugar & Molasses, hinged doors for access to the sugar chamber, sugar sampler and water/steam washing arrangement, Hot water/steam washing arrangement with rota metering device to measuring the wash water, drive arrangement having suitable motor, panel, starter, cable, pully, V-belt/ drive and Bearings lubrication system. (Make- WIL/Thyssen Krupp/K.C.P./N.H.E.C.)
Erection and Commissioning for above machine complete with trial testing.
Supply, erection & commissioning of pugmill with planatery gear & motor, magma mixture planatery geared motor, starter cablealong with feed pipe & valves.
Supply, erection & Fitting Staging and plateform, railing for above continuous type centrifugal machine.
Supply & Fitting of complete rota pump size 10" x 10" with plantery gear box, suction and delivery valve, steam connection & Motor, starter, cable etc.
Supervision for Erection & Commissioning.
