OD264524/2022-2023:Design, Supply, Testing, Erection and Commissioning of Submersible Pump sets having head of 90m and discharge 9lps of required capacity with a working voltage of 440 Volts with required starter, cables etc. as per I.E. Rules , including supply erection of suction pipe with bell mouth and fitted with mesh to prevent entry of heavy bodies connected in parallel working together with soft starter, panel board with bus bar arrangements having suitable size suitable rated draw out type MCCB (moulded case circuit breaker ), Isolator etc. with required protective equipment and relays as per IE rules in force supply and erection of pipe connection and valves PN 1.6 ( Non return and Sluice valves) Pressure Gauge, Electric connection, Interconnection with Header Pipe of MS Pumping main, Trial run etc. Including 1 Nos Soft starter, Cable for 50 m length each and Specials for Inlet & delivery connection etc. complete<br>(Note:- This rate includes Cost of pump, Cost of motor, Cost of panel board, Cost of Softstarter, Aluminium cable from panel board to the starter & from starter to motor, Capacitor, Suction pipes, Foot valve ,Non return valve, Sluice valve, Pipe connection works for suction side & that at delivery side up to valves including fixing of NRV & sluice valve, Suitable Earthing as per IE rules, Erection charges ofall equipment including foundation cost, Trial running & commissioning, maintenance for a period of 2 years, Inspection charges for above all items etc)<br>(Rate as per orderno. 14.1.1:Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead:With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand)

15.3:Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

100.54.3.6:Desilting open wells of dia above 3.5m and up to 6.0m and depth up to 12.0m by earth work excavation in or under water, after closing the inlet valves and plugging any holes in the steining by engaging divers with breathing accessories, bailing out water using pump set of suitable capacity, lifting the excavated silt/mud/clay using ropes, pulleys and buckets and disposing the same within minimum lead of 50 m from the periphery of the well, including engaging coolies for scrapping the inner side of the well, without causing any damages to the existing structures and installations, including hire and conveyance of tools and plant and as per the directions of the department officers etc. complete.

21.1.1.3:Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminnium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately): For fixed portionPolyester powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron )

21.3.2:Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer - in -Charge. ( Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness
