Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soils such as pick work jumper work,saturated soil including blasting soft/hard rock, chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15cm. layers when required into plinths,side of foundations etc including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads & lifts and shoring strutting, timbering where ever required as per direction & best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level 1st class bricks cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Half brick masonary in common burnt clay buildings bricks in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) 1st class bricks complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing/Fixing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed of 1st class Deodar wood and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold) fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 sand) complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of Ceramic Glazed tiles of size 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make in all colours, shades, except white, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete of reputed make i.e. RAK / KAJARIA / ARDEX / ANDURA etc.complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying anti skid Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete of reputed make i.e. RAK / KAJARIA / ARDEX / ANDURA etc.complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed digital wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineerin Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete of reputed make i.e. RAK / KAJARIA / ARDEX / ANDURA etc.complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone / plastered wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for melting of surface complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, of second class Deodar wood including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, greese, dirt and other foreign matters, sand papering and knotting Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces, with multi surface paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping with readymade paint other than white complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting single coats White washing with lime to give an even shade complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing plain asbestos cement sheet ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and wood screws (frame work and fillets to be measured and paid for separately) complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing PVC Wall Paneling Complete Job with in all leads & Lifts as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge.
