Taking down cement mortar or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish materials out side MD and including necessary scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement motar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete work, kerb stone and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) where directed by EIC, complete all as specified and directed. incl WPC @ 200 mili litre per 50kg cement bag or as manufacture instruction Note-WPC will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

Material and labour rough cast plaster complete as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:- firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:4 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg. which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement motar (1:6) on any faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc. complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour with 2 mm thick wall care putty to achieve even and smooth surfaces complete, as per manufacturer's specification over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick cement plaster in cement motar (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc incl complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered ceiling surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry, built in cement or lime mortar including all quoints, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.
