The job includes day to day maintenance of the systems, attending to the complaints, repairs/rectification works including consumables / spares, breakdown/ preventive /routine maintenance as per OEM recommendations /maintenance schedules, maintaining records etc. as required. a. International terminal HVAC Installations. (i) First Year ( 2024-25)

Scope also includes re-lettering/lettering of various distribution boards/panels wherever required.
Supply installation, configuration, programming, testing and commissioning of following BMS controller compatible with the existing BMS system and integrating the same to the existing BMS system to achieve control and monitoring of the AHUs. The scope shall include provision and installation of all required peripheral devices or any components/firmware/software required for successful establishment of control and monitoring. AAI shall not be bound to provide any back up of firmware/software for completion of the work. a. PXC 12 or equivalent
