G.I. Earth Strip of size 50 X 6 mm. as per PTCUL technical specifications
MS Steel Bar of various sizes as per drawing (0.05125 per LA Structure)
Anchor Nut Bolt with Double plain and spring washer of size 350mm. X 20ɸ as per drawing
Erection
Erection and Fabrication work for column (CCR), Beam (CGR) and 33kV Lightning Arrester along with surge counter complete in all respect with complete cost of all labour and T&P.
Earth Excavation for LA foundation as per drawing and throwing wastage outside Sub- Station premises complete in all respect with complete cost of all labour and T&P.
Work of shuttering and fixing MS Round Bar in foundation excluding cost of concretting and extavation as per directions of site engineer in- charge as per ing complete in all respect with complete cost of all material, labour and T&P.
Word of laying PCC for the Construction of foundation for LA structure by laying lean pad in 1:4:8 ratio upto 100 mm thickness as per drawing including material labour and T&P.
Laying C.C for Constniction the foundation for LA structure in 1:2:4 cement ,sand concrètes(Blast) 10 mm using 8 SWG steel wire mesh as per drawing including maierial labour and T&P.
12mm. Cement Plaster of mix 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 fine sand) complète in all respect with complete cost of alÎ labour, materiai and TQP.
Back filling of excavated land at plinth site edge o1 foundation by ramming and watering properly complète in all respect with complete cost of all labour and T&P.
Proper Earth riser of all the outdoor/indoor equipment and main / auniliary stnictures by togging from earth mat with GI earthing strips as per standard dcument including cutting, bending, marking appropriate joints with welding, fixing of nuts-bolts and painting work etc complete in all respect with complete cost of all labour and T&P.
Worh of connecting Lightning Arresters of all 3 phase by ensuring all safety parameters and connect the LA parallely with respective 33kV Feeder Line with complete cost of ail labour and T&P.
Work of complete earth Testing of all new connected earthing points of all 3 Phases with Calibrated testing instniments and then submit duly signed test results in 3 copies with complete cost of all labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.
Work of complete mandatory site testing of all new connected 33kV Lightning arresters with Calibrated testing instruments and then submit duly signed test results in 3 copies with complete cost of all labour and T&P required for proper completion of work
