Amount

Excavation in trenches, getting out in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exc 1.5m wide for taking out the existing cable .GI pipes etc. any size at places complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified.

Returning filing in including spreading levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick all as specified.

Taking up/down GI/DI and connection from trenches incl connected fittings/accessories complete of following sizes for re use of serviceable pipes and removing the U/S pipes from site for taking credit

(a) 50mm bore

(b) 40mm bore

(c) 25mm dia

Supply, laying & testing in trenches GI pipe medium grade ISI marked with all fittings complete all as specified for following sizes.

(a) --do-- 50mm bore

(b) --do-- but 40mm dia

(c) --do-- but 25mm dia

Taking down old/unservicable gate valve and float valve of different sizes complet all as specified and as directed

Supply & fixing in replacement of PVC float valves high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule of 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick masonry valve pit nominal size 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm with one brick thick wall using precast cement block of size 20cmx10cmx10cm brick in cement mortar 1:6 over 20 cm thick PCC plate form with 15 cm off set on every side of 1:3:6 type C-1 including plastering of internal surfaces and exposed surfaces with 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortarf 1:4 and 50- mm thick RCC cover (in two equal parts 1:2:4) type B-1 with 10 mm dia deformed bars at 10 cm interval on both side including necessary form work with 150 mm dia hole in the center complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charged

Supply and fixing in repair of gun metal gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel screwed down high pressure screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 40 mm bre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking up submersible pump for complete rewinding, servicing and refixing of 415 volts 50 Hz 5 HP submersible motor and refixing/lowering down at existing same place and testing incl required accesssories i.e. nuts bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- item rate includes transporation of motor from site to workshop and back.

M&L for lifting of submersible pump motor set of any description and capacity including dismantling MS column pipe, steel wire rope from the bore well upto a depth of 90 mtr and Re-installations the same pump and motor set in the bore well in the same position alongwith all necessary work like fixing of column pipe, connections of rope with U clamps, connection to the discharge line, dry revolution test etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement including taking down of submersible flat .black pvc cable of size 6 sqmm,3 core un-sheathed copper conductor as per IS 694.complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying in repair of synthatic rubber insulated mats 3 mm thick for electrical purpose as per IS 15652. suitable for electrical shock saftey of size 2mx1m complete all as specified,Capacity-Three phase 420 Volts.

S&F in repair star -delta Starter for capacity 5 HP sumbersible pump of , 415 volts, 50 HZ 3 Phase incl the necessary wiring connection to the pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of HDPE(High density Polyethylene) flexible pipe size 32/40 MM ( Coil Form) complete with accessories such as socket, tee, bend, nipple etc for leakproof joint fix on wall /floor/ surface all as directed by Engr-in-charge .

Supply and fix 4 sqmm 2 core copper PVC insulated un-sheathed fexible cable comleted all as spd.

Supply and fix junction box of size 195x140x65 mm (IP 66) water tight for termination of power cable and tracer wire 15-20A/220V compete all as spd.Make - Sintex Model No. GSJB -1510
