Proposed research facility (R&D / Laboratory Building alongwith Auditorium) for SAMEER at Bengal Silicon Valley, Tech Hub SV-20, AA-II, New Town, Rajarhat. SH: Construction of Administrative and R&D Block (G Plus 2) SW: Creating 3D BIM Model of Architectural, Structural, Electrical and a 4D Simulation.

Create a baseline Model that include Walls, slabs, roofs, Doors/windows, Staircases + shafts, Major architectural elements, Room bounding, levels, grids etc. including Create a set of Drawings for Each Package including Plan. Elevation, Section, Schedule, Typical Details etc , with Adding Asset data and 4D Activity ids for further Development, Final Quality Control, Clash Check (Geometry), and Data Verification all complete, Including supplying of following : 1. Org Chart, POC, 2. A 3D model with all Design data incorporated, 3. A Set of 50-60 Drawings of Each Disciplin, 4. LOD 350 Data Set, 5. Final Native Revit Files (LOD 350). As per detail of the building 1. Administrative block (G+2) - 3609 sqm.

Create a low detail model for Site context & Temporary items such as Scaffolding Tower Crane, haul road, hoarding, els etc. Incorporate Programme file into 4d Software. Match Activity, adding Equipment Animation, Timeline preparation etc. Export 1080P Video for draft Sequence & Send to CPWD for initial comments, Final Check, Comment Update ,Graphics Update & Export. (For Administrative block, residential block, service block)(Total 14359 Sqm area). Including supplying of following : 1. A 3D model with basic geometry incorporated, 2. An Integrated 4D model, 3.A 1080P 2 Min Video, 4. A 1080P 2 Min Video.As per detail of the building As per detail of the building 1. Administrative block (G+2) - 3609 sqm.

Update on program as per site progress (10 nos.), compare with schedule program (3D model).
