Expenses towards manpower including revised rate of Non Statutory Allowance, EPF, ESI along with wage escalation factor.

Reimbursement for payment of Leave with wages on production of statement of Bank payment to contract workers.

Reimbursement for payment of Bonus on production of statement of Bank payment to contract.

Reimbursement of providing uniforms & safety shoes(02 pairs of uniforms $ 02 pairs of safety shoes to each worker)

Reimbursement of Annual Health Check-up(02 times per worker during the contract period)

Reimbursement for disposal of garbage from the premises of BCPL townships (per day)

Reimbursement for providing Trolley/pushcart for collection of garbage(on non returnable basis)

Reimbursement for providing Housekeeping Materials & equipment(per month)
