Civil works

Supply and fixing of good quality glass wool of 50mm thick above the existing false ceiling to address the sound leaks etc, including removal and re-fixing of existing false ceiling sheets if any.

Supply and fixing of 2 layers of 15 mm thick plywood and 50 mm thick good quality glass wool which is to be kept in between 2 layers of plywood at the existing window opening, including supply and fixing of top cloth for inside to match the existing wall panel cloth in design and color and above the existing wall panelling, and two coats of enamel paint for out side including removal and re fixing of existing wall panelling works, and including necessary nails, screws & adhesives etc complete.

Supply and fixing of 15mm thick plywood over the steel frame using screws/bolts and finishing with 1mm thick mic sheet for one side of approved colour in the plywood using adhesives and edge beading etc as per the site condition etc complete. The existing wall panelling should not be disturbed.

Supply and fixing of steel works (Sq. hollow section/ flat/angles etc) using welding joint and erection in the floor including civil owrks like digging pits, concreting and finishing etc compete.

Supply and fixing of rubber beading for the existing wooden doors of size 0.9m x 2.10m to address the sound leaks including necessary adhesives etc complete.

A/C works

SITC of 1.5 Ton A/C , 5 Star Rating of BEE (Inverter) Split Type Air Conditioners complete with indoor unit (IDU), Outdoor unit (ODU), surface / concealed copper Refrigerant (R32) piping with insulation (EP Foam pipe section) up to 5 Mtr. (IDU to ODU) copper power cable up (Evaporator and Condenser) to 7 Mtr. (at least 3CX 2.5 Sqmm, PVC Insulation, FRLS copper wire) (IDU to ODU), R-32 Refrigerant , PVC drain pipe (dia 15mm) Remote, suitable for 400/230V +10% , 50 Hz, 1/3 phase AC supply capable of performing cooling, dehumidification, air circulation of following capacity with scroll/ reciprocating/ rotary compressor, with ODU Stand , stabilizer, 3 Pin 16 A plug top including civil works. Complete as per standard specification. Refer to the detailed Specification & scope of work 3.0. Make: Daikin / Mitsubishi / Blue Star / Carrier / Voltas (CPWD-approved make)

Removing Existing HAVC Line for two Room (Refer to the detailed Specification 2.0)

Supplying & Wiring for Circuit/Sub-main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit as required.

Electrical Work

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC(2.0 mm )thickness conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and tiles and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.( All the conduit pipes which are to be taken on wall/floors, other than concrete structure shall be concealed)

Supplying and fixing 10A -32 A rating, 240/415V, 10kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as directed by the Engineer i/c.

16 A Single pole
