Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of LT UG cable, pipe, pole, stay etc and n exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil including taking out and removal of old bricks laid over for protection of cable all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soil obtained from excavation all as directed

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance n exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level 1.5m above starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading in natuaral riddled soil as earth cushioning to cable by using IS sieve to separate the composite particle/roots etc and refilling in trenches and compacted in layers to form a solid bed covering to cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches burnt brick sub class B of old size for protection of UG cable laid flat and dry over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable all as specified and directed.

Laying only old bricks obtained from item No 1 here in before in trenches for protection of UG cable all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing hard standing/ bituminous road surfaces for laying cable / GI pipe etc and providing plain cement concrete (1:3:6) ,type C2,using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling road cuttings surfaces and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation required below paving/road shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for GI tubing, 50mm bore light grade, galvanized, with all fittings required such as bends, Tees, elbows, sockets, fixing clamps etc for protection of cable/GI strip in road crossing/fixing on ploe, wall etc all as directed. Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and replacing 1100V grade heavy duty PVC insulated aluminium conductor unarmoured service cable twin core of size 6 sqmm complete all as directed.

Material and labour for taking out old insulators, bindings and jumperings and stringing of the sagged ACSR Conductors/ GI earth continuous wire on pole including making insulators bindings, Cable connections and jumpering using new aluminium binding wires all as directed. Note:-Rate included cost of Binding wire.

Supply and fixing MCCB , 4 pole, 400 Amps, adjustable type, rupturing capacity 35 KA, 415 Volts, with suitable thimples/extended terminals connecting up including taking down/removing of U/s MCCB from existing LT panel after disconnecting electric connetion complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MCCB , 4 pole, 200 Amps, adjustable type, rupturing capacity 25 KA, 415 Volts, with suitable thimples/extended terminals connecting up including taking down/removing of U/s MCCB from existing LT panel after disconnecting electric connetion complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MCCB , 4 pole, 125 Amps, adjustable type, rupturing capacity 16 KA, 415 Volts, with suitable thimples/extended terminals connecting up including taking down/removing of U/s MCCB from existing LT panel after disconnecting electric connetion complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MCB , TPN, 415 volt, 63 amps, C curve, including taking down/removing of U/s MCB from existing LT panel after disconnecting electric connetion complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MCB , TPN, 415 volt, 40 amps, C curve, including taking down/removing of U/s MCB from existing LT panel after disconnecting electric connetion complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MCB , TPN, 415 volt, 32 amps, C curve, including taking down/removing of U/s MCB from existing LT panel after disconnecting electric connetion complete all as specified.

Taking out unserviceable UG PVC insulated cable, armoured or un armoured any size from trenches/GI tubing/on pole/on wall etc all as directed.

Supply and lay including fixing and connecting electrically XLPE insulated LT underground cable, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor multi-stranded 1100 volts grade, laid in trench, fixed on wall/pole drawn through pipe etc including provision of lugs & testing of following sizes complete all as specified and directed. (a) 3.5 core 95 sqmm Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately. Quoted rate include of making connection to LT panel/feeder pillar box/junction box through suitable size aluminium lugs and cable glands.

All as per item No 18 here in before but 4 core 16 sqmm all as specified and directed.

Cutting and trimming tree branches of girth exc 10cm but n exc 30cm touching to the over head line feeder, 1.5 m on both sides and lifting the fallen branches and dispositing off all as specified and directed.

M & L for PVC weather proof junction boxes of size 250 x200 x100 mm with PVC connector, heavy duty connector 2 way 16 amps and one MCB SP, 6 Amps and making necessary cable connection all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and connecting electrically PVC flat insulated electric cable with aluminum conductor twin core flat of size 2.5qmm from junction box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and connecting electrically PVC flat insulated electric cable with aluminum conductor twin core flat of size 4qmm from junction box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC pipe heavy duty 20mm bore fixed on pole with 2Nos suitable clamps, nut, bolts and washers from junction box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing Astronomical and digital time switch 3 years complete of make Havells cat part No DHTKW01016 or equivalent in Indoasian or CG complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old treated surfaces of LT panel of size 1.2 m x 1.3 m x 0.5m complete and applying spray painting by using spray gun, compressor and stand by DG set of suitable capacity, two coats of synthetic enamel paint (externally and internally) of smoke grey colour over one coat of red oxide primer, including writing incoming/out going locations in white colour of suitable font all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 152mm at top and 102mm x 281mm at bottom, class 11 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately.
