Supply and laying & testing cable XLPE installed screened PVC bedded, galvenised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 Voltts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sqmm 3 core all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells/Polycab/KEI

Taking out U/S LT/HT cable of any type and size complete all as specified and directed at site.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/stays, leveling of yard etc not exceeding 10 M² on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to underground cable screened un-washed river sand and punning for cushioning to cable all as directed.

Material and labour for stone slab(patti), roughly hammer dressed stone, 40 to 50 mm thick, 25 to 30 cm wide and not less than 60 cm long laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil.

Removing of excavated soil not exc. 50 M from starting points all as directed by EIC.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor of size 70 Sqmm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Raychem/3M/M-seal

Supply and fix XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional 150 sq mm 3.5 core ,laid in trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/accessories for protection of cable on pole/wall and under road crossing including clamps, nuts bolts etc all as specified and directed of following sizes:-(a) 80 mm dia

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrodes 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.5 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 20mm x3mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of soil incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, all as directed at site. NOTE:- Rate included for excavation & earth work in any type of strata as shown in electrical plate No 3.

Dismantling of broken U/S existing earthing with galvanised steel strip 32x6mm/20×3mm and 10/8 SWG wire complete including removing of PCC from site.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 20x3mm copper strip all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
