Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. Area of slab over 0.50 sqm complete at all levels.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of 300mm x 600mm size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 200x10 mm aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing tiled G I metal false ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending. Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead:For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm.

Dismantling 15 mm to 40 mm nominal bore G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitrious China) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

(Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item).

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).

Brick work Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type One piece EWC (European type W.C. pan)(jaquar make product code: A LYSWHT3885IS300UFSM) with seat cover and lid (seat jet), with manually controlled device (push button), with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required, with all complete as per the directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back half stall urinal (jaquar make product code: A URSWHT13263) with C.P. brass flush pipe, spreaders withunions and clamps (all in C.P. brass) with waste fitting as per IS :2556, C.I. trap with outlet grating and other couplings in C.P. brass,including painting of fittings and cutting and making good the wallsand floors wherever required, with all complete as per the directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Table top wash basin (jaquar make product code: A OPSW15901N) with 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, with all complete as per the directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Toilet cubicle with standard dimension of 1995 mm Height x 1000 mm Width x 1350 mm Depth, which includes 600 mm door size width, made of heat , bacteria, water, chemical scratch, impact anti bacterial resistant 18 mm thick solid compact laminate panels finish of the compact laminate should be suede / Raw Silk, which includes doors, pilasters & intermediate panels finished with approved texure/shade. The product should have green guard certificate. This also includes providing and fixing in positions necessary hardware made out of stainless steel like (1) Door knob, (2) Gravity Hinges, (3) Thumb turn lockset indicators, (4) Coat hooks, (5) U- Channels, (6) SS - Shoe box Plate (7) MS- base plate, (8) Rubber noise deafening tape, (9) Screw & wall Plugs. All Screw in stainless steel with stain finish. All Pilasters are supprorted by MS-Base steel bottom cladding with stainless steel shoe box plate.The base of the stainless steel shoe box will be anchored to the floor with a clearance height up to 110 mm. Fixing of intermediate panels to the wall shall be stainless steel 'L' - Bracket or stainless U-Channel section are fixed in to wall with screw inserts.
