RequiredA Registered company under Companies Act 1956 and/or latest amendment Thereafter or a Indian Partnership act 1932. Copy of such Registration Certificate or necessary certificate should be submitted along with the Bid document

RequiredTechnical Bid The bidder should Provide experience of services in energy efficiency and street light projects in any of the following capacities Energy Auditor/ Quality Consultant / Third Party Inspector any similar capacities minimum 1 similar projects each project of consultancy value not less than Rs.13.5 Lakhs of the Estimated Project Cost or completed 90 of ongoing work in any Govt/ULB/PSU in the Last 5 years that is 2020-21 to 2024-25

RequiredThe bidder should have accredited Energy Auditor Certificate from Bureau of energy efficiency.

RequiredThe bidder should submit Minimum average annual turnover of Rs.27 Lakhs in any two years of the last 5 financial years 2020-21 to 2024-25, as applicable The turn over certificate should be mandatorily certified from charted accountant and mention UDIN number is compulsory, otherwise it will be subjected to rejection

RequiredThe bidder should submit the GST/PAN Registration Certificate

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
