Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing old tar felt, all loose dirt, cement plaster, cleaning the concrete surface including removal & cleaning of vegetation, fungus,moss small trees etc from the roof top with wire brush and washing the roof surface with water to remove all dirt, dust, mud etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M & L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, mud stops, padding and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including form work where ever required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & Labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bitumious primer @ 0.40 ltr /Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25 degree centegrate temprature and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at the side and 150mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface complete as per standred practice as per manufacture's instructions . The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be under ;- (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree centegrate at 650/ 450 N /5 cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms. Softing point of membrane not less then 150 degree centegrate when tested in accordance with ASTM (d-5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
M & L applying a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.11 kg per sqm on APP membrane surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
M & L cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 20 mm thick, machine pressed laid on screed bed and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
M & L cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exc. 500 ltr and not exc. 1000 ltrs setting aside(or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position. (cleaning repairing, etc. measured separatly) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note- The whole process of reconnecting and refixing in same position after cleaning/after carrying out water proofing treatment shall be done on the same day to ensure uninterrupted water supply to the occupant , if failing so, Rs. 200/- shall be deducted for each tank per day from the contractor due.
Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.
M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour rendering 05 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour rendering 10 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L rendering 15 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair without using extra cement but using water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separatally)
Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
M & L preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
M & L preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on surfaces of walls over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
M & L preparing new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white lime wash on surfaces of ceiling, chajjas, roof projection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
M & L complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, wasing down with water to remove loose particles etc and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing as in repair water storage tank, 500 litre capacity, HDPE triple layer, white colour, conforming to IS, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm dia high pressure with polythene float and flynut, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.
S & F as in repair 20 mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
M & L galvanised iron tubing 20 mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Refixing old steel tubing 20mm bore medium grade with all new fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
M & L galvanised iron tubing 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning for refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Fixing only serviceable 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length obtained from item No. 30 above with rubber ring joints to walls complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from PVC/RCC tanks and mouths of circulating pipe of capacity exceeding 500 litre and upto and including 1000 litre & writing on the tank with synthetic enamel paint not less than 70mm long and 2mm wide of words in shape like cleaned on : 15.06.2018 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
