AHUs FCU, s BMS System, VFDs, Main Electrical Control of HVAC System,

Electrical Control panel of AHUs etc and as per detail scope of work as

mentioned in tender document terms and conditions. The cost of

refrigerant Charging, top up and leak test with nitrogen, complete process,

if any during the contract will be considered inclusive. Cost of Cleaning

material, chemical brushes etc for cleaning condenser coil and cooling

towers and Cooling coil for AHU etc is considered as inclusive. ( At Admin & Monthly 12 4,90,000 58,80,000

Providing Operation and Annual Maintenance Contract, Services on 24 x 7

days x 365 day basis, of VRV HVAC System ( at Guest House)

Repairing, Testing, Commissioning and making existing HVAC BMS System

(Low and high side of HVAC) Operational include up-gradation of software,

spares, consumable, wiring complete in all along with one-year

comprehensive warranty.

2 Operation and Comprehensive AMC of LV & AV system at Academic Block

and Other Building as per specification/as directed by engineer in charge.

To operate and maintain the entire Low Voltage (LV) and Audio-Visual (AV)

systems at an Academic Block and other buildings on an "as where" basis

for the complete contract period round the clock.

To provide Services of Contractors expert personal comprising of :

a) One Senior Engineer with minimum 05 years of experience.

b) 02 nos. Supervisor per shift (Total 03 shift) Manage day-to-day

operations, conduct inspections, and ensure timely maintenance

c) Company's backup services of senior engineers and expert for any major

problems, general check up and maintenance and advise (Once a month) or

as advised and complete operation and maintenance as per direction of

engineer In Charge.

3 Operation and Comprehensive AMC of STP, ETP & WTP system :-

To oprate and maintain the entire STP/ETP/WTP under available load

condition for complete contract period round the clock.

To provide Services of Contractors expert oprating personal comprising of :

a) One plant operator per shift (Total 03 shifts)

b)Operation & Maintenance (Normel wear & tear of pumps,UF,ACF,PSF

c) Consumable including lubricants and chemicals for smooth operation of Monthly 12 2,55,000 30,60,000

system (STP,ETP & WTP).

d) Company's backup services of senior engineers and expert for any major

problems, general check up and maintenance and advise (Once a mont) or

as advised and complete operation and maintenance as per direction of

engineer In Charge.
