Testing of sub-station equipments such as 1No 500KVA 11KV/433V oil cooled Transformer, 1 No 500KVA dry type transformer and 11KV HT VCB 3 Panel by special type testing instruments by scarching several hours detection to locate the fault of Sub-station equipments as per direction of E.I.C.

Pouring down the Transformer oil from outlet valve and stack in separate drums to prevent leakage of transformer in different sectors for 11KV/433V 1No 500KVA power transformer.

Dismantling the top cover and conservator tank for through repair of the transformer including gasket changing etc as required as per direction of the EIC.

Supply and fixing proper top cover gasket suitable for 11KV/433V 500KVA power Transformer after necssary cleaning the existing old damaged gasket complete with fixing the top cover and conservator tank as per direction of EIC.[Make-CG/31840V]

Thorough repair, overhauling, treatment and cleaning the 4 sets of internal L.T. Bushing, stud rods properly and opening the 3 sets of internal H.T. bushing, cleaning the same by C.T.C and re-setting all the bushing etc. in proper possition after changing 'O' ring and setting of tap changing switch incuding all necessary work for proper charging as per direction of E.I.C.

Testing of di-electric strength of transformer oil of transformer before to start the work and after completion site in presence of E.I.C.

Supplying & pouring of new transformer oil to the 1No 500KVA Transformer as required.

Dehydrartion and filteration of 11KV/433V 1No 500KVA transformer oil as to G.S.

Supply and fixing silica gel suitable for 11KV/433V 1No 500KVA Transformer as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing oil seal suitable for 11KV/433V 1No 500KVA Transformer as per direction of EIC.

Thorough servicing and overhauling the 11KV HT VCB after dismantling all the components both electrical and mechanical portion & cleaning the same part by part after scraping carbon precipitation incuding washing the same by carbon tetrachloride solution properly to de-moisturised to raise IR value including checking time to time by HT megger for better result for IR value as required and re-assembling all the compenents properly [without spare (Make-CG/93127VG/93128VG/93129VG)]

Thorough repair, servicing of the 500 KVA dry type transformer after opening all the covers part by part very carefully to avoid any damages as required and cleaning the same by the help of blower heater. The transformer's molded HT & LT coils, tap changing points should be clean by the help of CTC oil & CRC spray and checking all the connections, tightning all the nut, bolts etc. incl. cleaning and checking the mercelain box as per direction of EIC.[Make-CG (DT 4187/02]

Thorough servicing and overhauling the 415V LT ACB after dismantling all the components both electrical and mechanical portion & cleaning the same part by part after scraping carbon precipitation incuding washing the same by carbon tetrachloride solution properly as required and re-assembling all the compenents properly (without spare- L&T)

Carrying out testing charges of 11KV HT 3 panel by necessary requisite testing machinaries including incomer & 2 Nos out going VCB's relay {(over current, earth fault, master trip, TRFO Auxilary relay (Alarm) & TRFO Auxilary relay (Trip)} as per direction of the EIC.

Supply & Fixing 110V DC pilot lamp as per direction of EIC.

Hiring of 25 KVA DG set in temporary basis.

S & D of Diesel Fuel for running 250 KVA DG set.

Supply & Fixing 240V 2NO 2NC Auxiluari Contractor as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing 240V Under Voltage Coil for as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing 240V Closing coil as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing 240V Triping coil as per direction of EIC.

Supply and installation of thermal space heating element with thermostat configuration to avoide moisture attack for HT gear unit as per direction EIC.

Supply & fixing 11 KV grade hit shinking tube for extra high insulation of each terminal of cables as per direction of EIC.

Note: 1) All the above rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes, duties and all ancilery charges with cost of maintenance, servicing, supply & replacement of spares for 1 (One) year from the date of commissioning.
