Demolition of brickwork/stone boulders, masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches,pillars,etc. but excl ashlar facings, dressed stone works & precast concrete surfaces.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size best quality bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors or pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceilling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors/paving finish even and smooth without using extra cement . complete all as specified.

Forming contraction (dummy ) joint 65mm deep x 10mm wide filling with sealing compound grade 'A' complete.

Spike rolling to surface of making impressions of expended metal, whilst the concrete is green

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing and laying Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete as directed and specified by Engineer in charge

M&L Chequred cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes etc in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish of the premises.

M&L for Core Endura tiles (Super grip series) coloured(Ivory, Terrakota, Grey etc) of size (300x300mm or 400x400m) 15mm thick in floors/riser/step etc set and jointed with necessary adhessive & pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces etc complete as in sunken portion etc complete as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete type E2, 1:5:10 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass aggregate complete as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorative plastered/concreat surface of wall, chajja, facia, face of columns, beam ect by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots & rubbing with sand paper and applying Two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion (APEX) with necessary scaffoding up to 3rd storey, including necessary filling of wall care putty on uneven surface as and where required all as specified.

M & L Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for removal of land sliding material /snow by removing the same by JCB to a distance exc.50mtr and making the surface good complete all as directed. NOTE- (a) Per hours charge will be started when JCB will reached actual site only working hours will be measured and paid.

Removing demolished/excavated material /soil .n exc 50m depositing were directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point
