Procurement of slphuric acid for YTPS

The bidder shall be a manufacturer/authorized dealer/wholesale stockist of Sulphuric Acid. The bidder shall have successfully supplied the Sulphuric Acid amounting to Rs.42Lakh to any Major PSU/ any Power plants/Private sectors/any industry. In proof of the same, the bidder shall upload purchase order copies (single/Multiple). wholesale stockiest/authorized dealer shall upload manufacturing authorization certificate duly indicating subject tender number for further consideration of bid during technical evaluation

The bidder shall have achieved, in his name/firm, an average annual turnover of Rs.84Lakh in at least two financial years in the preceding five financial years i.e.,2024-25,2023-24,2022-23,2021-22 & 2020-21. As a proof of this, the bidder shall furnish Profit & Loss statement / Annual turnover duly certified by a chartered accountant.

Quality Assurance Certificate in the form of an Undertaking Letter on the Bidders Letter head The agency shall upload an acceptance letter confirming that it will provide the material test certificate during supply, along with each consignment, duly obtained from the manufacturer or any NABL accredited laboratory. The materials received will be tested in our in house laboratory and, if required, will also be sent to a NABL accredited laboratory for third-party testing. The expenses incurred towards third-party testing will be deducted from your bills, and the materials will be accepted based on the test reports in order to ascertain the quality of the received chemicals.
