Repair to pilaster in patches of 2.50 Sqm and under and 10 to 15 to 15mm thick i/c cutting the patch in proper shap and repilastering the surface of the wall i/c disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in a lead of 20 mtr with cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 sand)

Demolition above G.L. up to floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable meterials with in 20mtrs lead. In cement mortar. un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15cm thickness.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone agregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with floating coat of neat cement 50mm thick

Providing and fixing 10mm thick antiskid water proof stain and impact resistant heavy duty vitrified tiles Nitco,kajaria 600x600mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, trade of steps and landing laid over12mm thick cement mortor 1:3 ( 1 cement:3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, i/c cutting, hosting, fixing in position and appling a priming coat of red lead paint:- (a) In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar works.

Supplying and fixing expended metal to wood or steel members in partitions etc. weight not exceeding 3kg per metre

Repair of windows woodwork complete

P/F plain square edged cover fillets (beading) 40X12mm with wood screws in ceiling and lining including mitring at junctions 1st class deodar wood

Removal of white washing by steel wire brushing sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Distempering (two coats) with oil boud washable disremper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and menufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other forign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer.

P/F 15cm wide 45 cm overall semicircular plain GI sheet shutter with iron brackets 40X 3mm size bolts and nuts washers etc. including making necessary connections with rain water pipe 0.80 mm thick sheet

P/F anolised aluminium work for doors, windows ventilators and partitions with exttuded built up standard tabular and other section of approved make conferming is IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised tranparent or dyedto required shade according to IS 4868 (minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) fixed with rawl pluges aluminium section shall be smooth rust free stright mitred and jointed machenically wherever required all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of engineer-in-Charge.(a) For doors windows and ventilators and glazed partitions frames i/c P/F hings pivots and making provisions for fixing of fittings where wver required i/c the cost of PVC neoprence gasket as required (fitting and glazing panelling shall be paid for sepratelly.

Providing and fixing wire guage shuter using galvanised M.S. wire guage of I.S. guage designation 85G with wire of dia 0.56mm for door windows and clearstory windows with necessary screws 30 mm thick second class deodar wood

P/F glazing in aluminium door, windows, ventilatots shutter and partitions etc. with PVC/ neoprens gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer in Charge (cost of aluminium snap beeding shall be paid in basic item-glazing with glass panes of 5.50mm thickness 9 weight not less than 13.75 Kg/sqm.

P/F 12mm thick prelaminated board both side bwp phenol bonded exterior/interior grade panelled shutters with frame of 2nd class deodar wood for doors i/c bright finished/black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick frame.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with readymixd paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter. Enamal other than white.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter with ready mixed paint otyher than white.
