Repairs and Improvement to the Ganpati Visarjan Tank at Dactolim in Vasco Constituency.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintegrated rock or weathered rock, fissured/shattered, decomposed rock and all such material either in full or in parts, as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering including setting out construction of shoring, stritting and bracing, removal of stump and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, providing barricading, danger lightning, guarding etc and backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of surplus excavated soil/rock at specified areas with all leads and all lifts etc complete as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundation complete.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1: 2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: All works upto plinth level.

12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Providing & fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc. with hairline finish, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Supplying at store or site of work Rigid PVC (SEL FIT) pipes for public water supply including Railway freight, carting, loading and unloading, stacking, transit insurance etc. complete, conforming to IS: 4985-2000, and bearing ISI mark, Class 10 kg/cm2. Outer daimater in mm 250mm dia.

Jointing of RING FIT PVC pipes by cleaning the pipes and hydraulic testing of joints etc. complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Outer daimater in mm 250mm dia.

Supplying at store/ site of work including railway freight, carting, loading, unloading, stacking etc. galvanized mild steel continuous weld tubes conforming to IS 1239 (part I) 1975, with latest amendments screwed at both the ends as per IS: 554- pipe threads, one and fitted with socket other end with plastic protection ring at random lengths 4-7 meters Class C Nominal diamater in mm 100mm.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) (Square Hollow Section (SHS) IS4923 / Rectangular Hollow Section (RHS) IS4923 / Circular Hollow Section (CHS) IS1161 closed Structural Steel of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW, APOLLO Steel Ltd.) make (Min Yield Stress 310 Mpa) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Colouron Plus galvulium roofing Sheets of 0.5mm thick double ribbed trapezoidal profile coated 1080mm with cover width of 1020mm including all the accessoried (JSW or equivalent make) but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, flashings etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Add for providing & fixing Flashings -[Corners, Ridges, valleys, gable end & Trims] (Girth upto 610mm) including all the accessories complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing 25 mm thick cuddapah slabs machine cut and polished on either side in partitions including making necessary grooves in the wall and fixing with cement mortar, complete as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying jet black mirror polish granite flooring and dado over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 laid over and jointed with cement slurry including rubbling complete Granitic slab (jet blck with mirror polish) 20 mm thick.

Providing and laying factory made Shot blasted cement concrete interlocking paver block of minimum M35/M40 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in I, Wave, Rectangular, Square etc. shapes. The products shourld comply to IS 15658:2006 and manufactured by ISO9001: 2008 certified plant. The shot blasting should be done using 0.4-0.5mm dia steel shots with a speed of 3200 rpm. 60 mm thick in all colours except grey (M35 grade).

Steel work welded (SAIL, TATA, VIZAG & using electrodes of Ador or ES4B or Deh Secheron make obnly) in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying priming coat of red lead paint. In tees, angles, flats and channels.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link mesh 6.35cm x 6.35 cm x 10 gauge (2.5" x 2.5" x 10 gauge) fixed with angle iron posts and struts by G.I. or M.S. staples at 20cms apart with welding with the iron posts (placed at 3 meters centre to centre) including providing barbed wire stiffeners (shall weigh 9.33 kg. per 100 meters minimum) at top and bottom with barbed wire stiffers by binding wires at 50cms centre to centre complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge (angle iron posts struts, earthwork and concrete for fencing posts and struts to be paid separately).
