Removal of debris of fallen RR Masonry compound wall and utilise the serviceable stones in the foundation of compound wall and remaining debris shall be spread along the down side of proposed wall etc. complete as directed by the site incharge of work

Earth work excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete as directed by the site incharge of work

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) including laying, curing etc complete as directed by the site incharge of work

Construction of Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and Basement with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of materials , labour charges, laying, curing etc complete as directed by the site incharge of work

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above Basement/plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cost of materials , labour charges, laying, curing etc complete as directed by the site incharge of work

Providing 20 mm cement plaster (2 coats in 12mm and 8mm) of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including all material and labour charges etc complete as directed by the site incharge of work

Cost, supply and fixing of prefabricated WPC Door with frame Including cost, conveyance of the materials, labour charges and fixing charges etc. GST and other applicable taxes etc. complete as directed by the site in charge of work

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows/ ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section, uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, G.I fasteners for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. complete as directed by the site incharge of work

Providing Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. includung cost of materials and labour charges etc.complete. as directed by the site incharge of work

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as directed by the site incharge of work

Repairs to the electrical fittings of the Toilet Building to the building, including Cost of Materials and Labour charges. etc. Complete (Refer to Annexure – A)

Repairs to the Sanitary and Plumbing fittings including cost of materials and Fixing charges etc. complete (Refer to Annexure – B)

Filling the masonry wall cracks with Crack sealer and White cement putty including cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete as directed by the site incharge of work

Removing damaged/ Spalling portion of RCC concrete ceiling and Cleaning Reinforcement with anti rusting polymer chemical or paint and applying bonding agent like Nitobond for avoiding further deterioration, after that fixing GI Chicken mesh and re plastered the effected surface area with Cement Mortar 1:3 including necessary errection and removing of scaffolding , Cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete as directed by the site incharge of work

Water proofing to the RCC roof to arrest the leakage with Brush bond chemical and crack cealer including cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete as directed by the site incharge of work

Painting to the interior and exterior surface of the walls with emulsion paint in two or more coats over prime coat including cost of materials and labour charges etc complete as directed by the site incharge of work

Cleaning and removal of Sludge from septic tanks and take away 2.00km. from the staff quarters including hire charges of septic cleaners and other necessary charges etc. complete as directed by the site incharge of work

Painting to the Doors and Windows with enamel paint in two or more coats over primer coat including cost of materials and loabour charges etc, complete as directed by the site incharge of work
