Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes,foundations, shafts, well, cesspits, manholes etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil not exceeding 50 mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying old size sub class “B” bricks kiln brunt, neatly laid adjacent to each other with axis of bricks perpendicular to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in kerb/benching/ copings including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including use & waste of necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ,type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole ,struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & removing 1100 volt grade XLPE /PVC armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor , 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 35 Sq mm 3.5 core from the trenches ,pole,Panels,DBs etc carefully and relaying the same with same location without any damage to the cable by excavation in trenches carefully as per standard procedure including connecting& testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. Note: Spare parts, as & when required for renewal shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down centrifugal pump set from existing position for carrying out repair works,replacement of spare parts as & when required as directed by Engineer -in Charge and re-assembling, re-installing the pump set in original position for pump capacity 60 HP/50 HP complete all as specified and directed.. Note: Spare parts, as & when required for renewal shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling and opening the motor from pump set in existing position for carrying out rewinding work with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge as per existing and heat varnishing complete with all other material required for rewinding by carrying the motor to outside the cantonement area, reassambling and refixing the same with pump in original position for the 1.0HP/1.5HP/2.5 HP, 3 phase complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and opening the motor from pump set in existing position for carrying out rewinding work with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge as per existing and heat varnishing complete with all other material required for rewinding by carrying the motor to outside the cantonement area, reassambling and refixing the same with pump in original position for the 60 HP/50 HP, 3 phase complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note : Transportation of ceiling fans/exhaust fans from site location to MES store yard & back( MES store yard to site location )shall be made through proper issue/receipt voucher duly mentioning by MES rep.

Servicing ceiling fans of 1200mm/1400mm/ any sweep and size for repairing/ overhauling by cleaning/greasing/oiling etc. and re-assembling the same after and including replacement of unserviceable spare parts as required. (which shall be measured and paid separately under respective items here-in-after) complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
