Repairs to Vehicle

The following repairs work be required to EICHER 10.75 BA No 07D 174125Y OF AGE E/M NO I under GE, UTILITY - I (V) as per the following including all taxes( Machinery and labour) (a) Replacement of Engine oil 12 ltrs, engine oil filter, Diesel oil filter 1 set (1 Job) (b) Replacement of joint cross (3 Nos) (c ) Replacement of block bearing . (d) Replacement of engine drive shaft. (e) Replacement of engine nozzle stet (4 Nos). (g) Replacement of break booster assembly. (h) Remove the leaf in spring assembly complete 2 Nos. from rear side of vehicle, including remove the U clamps. Dismantle the centre bolt of leaf spring complete. Remove the individulas leafs for heat treatment. (i) Placing the leaf in Oven in required temperature for a duration not less than 4 hours to get a uniform temperaturte all over the body annealing the leaf iron to desired design strength cooling and bend the leafs springs to required curvature and fix with U clamps, centre bolt, shackle pins, bushes, Gobies in original position. (j) Dismantling the damaged complete silencer assembly and refixing the new one complete assembly with packing bolt and nuts in original position. (k) Replace the wheel cylinder set of (8 Nos) (l) Dismantling the front 4 wheels removing the old damaged spares such as wheel bearings (4 Nos), break pads (01 set), fixing the above inew items in working heads. (m) Complete water servicing including spraying of oil, greasing in joints, bushes, bearings etc. cost and conveyance of all materials and including all labour charges etc complete. (n) Mechanical and labour charges for dismantling the old parts and replacement of new parts and handover in smooth running conditions. All work to be complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Schedule of Credit @ Rs 400.00 Ref NIT Part I

The following repairs work be required to SHIFT STAFF CAR BA No 20B 13379W OF AGE E/M NO I under GE UTILITY - I (V) as per the following including all (Taxes, Machinery and labour) (a) Replacement of Engine Oil 3.5 Ltrs of engine oil filter (1 Job). (b) Replacement of spark plugs. (ii) Replacment of air filters. (iii) Change of brake pads. (d) Filling coolant as per levels (e) Replacement of windshield wipers. (f) Wheel alingnment. All work to be complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
