PROVN OF CERTAIN WORKS SERVICES FOR CREATION OF DISABLED FRIENDLY INFRA AT AFS BAREILLY UNDER GE (AF) BAREILLY

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified including removal of debries from site to outside MoD land.

M&L for sand filling under floors or foundation including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete not execeeding 30cm in layers all as specified.

M&L for fly ash brick works using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified.

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (Nominal Mix) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and the like complete all as specified.

M&L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, lintel, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc. for rough finished flat surface of concrete all as specified.

M&L for stainless steel grade 304 as in railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement all as specified.

S&F for tactile tile (for vision impaired persons as per standards) of size 300mmx300mmx9.8 mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc. laid on 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for parking tiles, first-quality, heavy duty conforming to IS: 15622 for disabled person accessibility on ramps and having an engineered matt punched/structured surface providing an anti-skid slip resistance rating of R11/R12 conforming to DIN 51130 or a dynamic coefficient of friction (DCOF) 0.60 under wet testing standards. Minimum tile thickness shall be 12mm to 16mm of size 300mm x 300 mm or more to support wheelchair load-bearing configurations and to be laid over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4). The process includes preparing the ramp base, applying a neat grey cement slurry stabilization coat @ 3.3 kg/Sqm, arranging accurate line and gradient slopes not exceeding 1:12 profile complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces including finishing fair and even surface without using extra cement but mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturer instruction all as specified (Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately).
