Jungle clearence for Retaining wall area, including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood,trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and Clearing grass, removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared including the cost of all labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

Excavation work of ordinary rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. as Per Drawing, as directed by Engineer in-charge, including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for Foundation of PCC :compacting, curing, mixing, and as directed at site, as Per Drawing, as directed by Engineer in-charge, including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix M30 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work with minimum cement content of 350 kg/cum ; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. as Per Drawing, as directed by Engineer in-charge, including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

Providing and fixing of Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Foundations, footings, bases for columns and Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. as Per Drawing, as directed by Engineer in-charge, including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

Providing Steel reinforcement Fe-500D of approved brand (SAIL, TATA TISCON, VIZAG STEEL ) for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level and above plinth level of tested Tor steel reinforcement of approved 1st quality as per drawing and as directed at all heights including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants etc., and other charges complete.

Providing and Fixing of 75 mm dia U-PVC pipes For Weep holes and road bottom (working pressure 4 kg / cm²)including the cost of all materials,labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc ., complete.

Supplying and Laying of 90 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density .

Filling available excavated earth in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, as Per Drawing, as directed by Engineer in-charge, including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

Supplying and filling in plinth with Moorum under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. as directed by Engineer in-charge, Including supply of all material,labours, loading & unloading, tools & plants, safety measures and all other charges etc., complete.

Surface dressing of the ground earth including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, as directed by Engineer in-charge, including the cost of all labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

Providing & laying of 18 mm thick Granite for Retaining wall top.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Granite of any colour and shade, gang saw cut, mirror polished, prepolished, machine cut for parapet wall top of the top hand rail, kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm, joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including cutting of circular portions, rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.including supply of all material,labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick Granite stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.) including cost of all labour, materials,loading & unloading,bosum chair, scaffolding, tools and plants,safety measures and all other charges etc., complete.
