Terms & conditions:

1. The bidder to fill only the highlighted column in YELLOW only (ONLINE) and not above.

2. The “Cost per person, per month before service charges” has been taken as per 01.04.2023

DGR guidelines. The actual reimbursement for same shall be based on prevailing DGR

circular and rates.

3. The Firm / Agency giving quotations shall follow the minimum wages as per Govt. of Telangana

/ DGR whichever is higher complying with skilled workgroup (unarmed security guard).

4. The Firm / Agency giving quotations shall follow the DGR payment Structure and shall quote

in the given format only ONLINE in eproc website only. Quotation received in any other

format will be liable for rejection. The duly filled and signed format is to be submitted in e-

tender of BPCL e- procurement site.

5. The company reserves the right to abolish the manpower requirement under any or more of

the skilled/ highly skilled / semi-skilled work group or change the number of manpower under

any of these work groups.

6. BPCL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers received or withdraw these tender

inquiries without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
