The work will be measured only after stage passing by AGE(I). Note :- (a) The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey . The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding,safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . (b) The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items . (c) Photographic records of roof after carrying out above work shall be maintained building wise.

M&L for one coat of cement slurry admixed with acrylic bonding compound SBR Latex liquid polymer (slurry will be prepared as per manufacturer direction) as to be used for bonding of new concrete/ mortar to old surface. Note :- (i) The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey . (ii) The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding,safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof .(iii) The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items .(iv) SBR Latex measured and paid seperately

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) mixed with liquid water proofing compound (mixed as per manufacturer direction ) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in roof padding. Note :- 1. Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.. 2.The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey . The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding,safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items .

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wideand 65 mm deep for inserting membrane and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrance Note : 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only. 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.

M/L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5mm stone aggregate) mixed with SBR Integral liquid water proofing compound (mixed as per manufactur direction and paid separately under relevant item ) as in concrete angle-fillets with a radiaus of 75-100 mm at junction between roofs/chajja/top surface of projected cub boards and vertical faces of wall ( parapet and other walls) to ease up about corners and over chhajjas. Note - The work is required to be carried out up to double storey . The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding,safety & security of workers. The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items .

Taking down cement plaster in any thickness from brick or stone walls , ceiling, facia etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish, vegetation etc outside complex (MOD land) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick / concrete walls surface, ceiling ,RCC facia and shaft area of toilets mixed with polymer modified repair mortar (SBR Latex liquid polymer as per manufactur direction ) . Note - (SBR) Latex liquid polymer will be measured and paid seperately.. Note :- The work is required to be carried out upto double storey . M&L for taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material, from wall/chhajja including all loose dust particle from brick/concrete surface and application of one coat of cement slurry admixed with SBR latex of approved make (as per manufcturer direction) by brush or roller on brick/concrete surface and M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 with polymer modified repair mortar (SBR Latex liquid polymer as per manufacturer direction ) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement Note :-(I) The cost of liquid polymer will be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor

M&L preparation of new plastered or unplastered and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of Treatment of spalled concrete cover of RCC section as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- a) Prepration of existing surfaces like chipping of unsound weak / loose concrete/cover of reinforcement & support the structure provisionally during repair work and maintaining them in position till required (b) Clean exist reinforcement with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make surface free from rust scales, loose material, etc, complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer Sika RustOff-100 or equivalent with a coverage of 350gm/sqm on the existing rebar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble and adherent protective layer, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove the rust spalls, with time interval of 1 hour between the coats. (c) Providing and application of zinc rich epoxy antocorrosive protective coating for rebar corrosion protection system Sika Friazinc R® or equivalent in 2 coats of 0.4 kg/m2. The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2 mm and bond strength > 1N/mm2 according to ASTM C 882-78. (d) Fixing additional TMT rebar Fe415 in various structural elements such as columns, beams, and slabs etc. to replace the lost rebar section due to corrosion including cutting, bending and fixing the bar by installing new rebar with Epoxy Acrylate based anchoring adhesive Sika AnchorFix 3030 Tropical or equivalent complete incl drilling of 10-12 mm dia upto 100 mm deep for rebaring ( TMT Bar paid in separate item)

(e) Providing, mixing & applying two component Epoxy resin concrete Bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces as per manufacture specification including preparation of surface by chipping and thoroughly cleaning of surface complete wherever required with with Sikadur®-32 LP or equivalent in consumption of 0.4 kg/m2. The product should comply with ASTM C 881 Type II Grade 2 Class B+C and bond strength should be 10 MPa. (f) Rebuilding the section of structutal damaged spalled concrete or RCC elements to its original size in average thickness of 15-20mm by providing and applying with pre-batched, one component fiber reinforced cementitious patch repair mortar Sika® MonoTop® -122 F or equivalent having compressive strength >= 50 N/mm2 (28 days) according to ASTM C 109; flexural strength >= 5N/ mm2 (7 days) according to ASTM C 293-79.

Providing & fixing 12 mm thick ,semi perforated , micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles at all heights with GRG (Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanized iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixied in repair ,tiled false ceiling of Everest desginer tile (High Pressure Steam Cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gsm, both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32 mm made from 0.30mm thick sheet, spaced at 1200 mm c/c and cross "T" of size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 15x20x0.40 mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including , required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanized Butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T -sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint and black painted groove at center of size 4mm depth and 4.5mm width,including making good all the disturbed portion with existing surface with necesary arrangemnets of scaffolding all complete at all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair , 4 mm thick false ceiling board of any size and placed to the framed work with staple clips at all four sides incl repair of the existing frame by tightening/replacement of the loose wire 2mm dia all as per specified and directed to make good the celing surface as original.complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar of dia 150mm.complete all as specified and directed.
