Demolition brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete block, complete all as specified

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick in cement mortar 1:6, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, complete all as specified.

M & L for Pre - cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks built in cement mortar 1:6.complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls , etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with eater etc,complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified

M & L for Preparation of new previously plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper in approved colour/ shade over a coat of chalk whiting primer after preparation of surfaces complete.

M&L for prepartion of newly plastered surface of wall applying two coats of weatherproof paint on external surfaces including a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of new plaster surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling marble etc including cement mortar bedding,and not backing including removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for joint free non-skid ceramic tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11sqm but n.exc 0.18sqm, of approved colour in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tile colour. over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) for floor.

Ditto above item No 11 but on skirting over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete.

M & L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 mm x 450 mm x 6 to 7 mm thick,as in skirting, dados, risers to steps, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete.

M&L for Non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles of size 300 x 300 x 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M&L for vitrified coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm th (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile 0.30 sqm but n exc 0.42 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm th screed bed in CM 1:6 complete

Ditto above item No 15 but on skirting over 10 mm th rendering in CM 1:4 complete.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & paving n.exc 15 cm thick etc.,complete all as specified.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor,finished rough to receive tiles etc,complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection, finished concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement

Material and labour 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in the sub base of floor complete all as specified.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base for hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less completed all as specified

M & L for cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges

M & L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints 150 mm deep, filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick granite stone machine cut (table rubbed and polished) bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigments to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, complete all as specified.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl cutting polishing and rubbing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying machine pressed precast concrete interlocking reflective coloured pavers block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 55mm to 60 mm thick, M-35 Grade over 30mm thick sand layer watering and ramming all as specified.

M& L Chequared Cement Concrete Tiles 30 CM x 30 CM X 25 mm th set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in neat grey cement & pigment in floors over screed bed 15 mm thk in cm 1:6 .complete all as specified.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern in roof covering

Dismanteling MS works of any desc. not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

S & F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

All as per item 34 above but fix in valley gutter / ridge,plain/corrugated.

M & L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound @ 3% of weight of cement on RCC roof slab, finished even & smooth without using extra cement as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for taking out old water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, washed, dried up & cleaned to remove all foreign materials & dust to receive primer. (b) On the dried roof surface, apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 100 Gm/ Sqm as per manufacturers instruction. (c) On this primed surface, the approved APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester mat asreinforcement weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/ Sqm laid by torch application metho and top surface shall be applied with bituminous aluminium paint. (d) The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction & 100mm on transverse direction. Note:-Obtain material through out low laying Area

Taking down of existing cement plaster of any thickness from RCC SWT on internal concrete surfaces, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified.

M&L for cement concerete 1:3:6 Type C-2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain bed complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel up to 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for drilling 16mm dia holes at an angle 45° using pneumatic hammer for a minimum length 2/3rd the thickness of structural member on inner/positive face at 1m c/c (max) over entire face of structural member. ( staggered grid pattern shall be adopted including construction joints and critical point treatment as per manufacturers recommendations) inject cement slurry admixed with non shrink, portable and non- bio degradable expanding grout free from chloride "Cebex100 " of FOSROC or equivalent of make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd/ M/s supreme Bituchem India Pvt Ltd/M/s STP Ltd/ M/s Choksey Chemical Pvt Ltd to be added with OPC & water by low pressure hand pump as per manufacturers recommendations through out the net work by nozzles untill refusal. Notes: (i) Cost shall include placing GI/PVC nozzoles in the drilled holes along with cement paste admixed with quick setting compound as per manufacturers recommendation (Renderoc Plug of FOSROC or equivalent of make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd/ M/s supreme Bituchem India Pvt Ltd/M/s STP Ltd/ M/s Choksey Chemical Pvt Ltd). . . (ii) Cost shall include cutting and sealing of the protruded ends of nozzoles.

M&L for PCC type B1(1:2:4, using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks/coping/ edging all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete type BO 1:2:4 (12.5 mm Graded Aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured seperately)
