Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out soft / loose soil complete all as specified.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and exceeding 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3.00 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and exceeding 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3 mtr in depth and getting out soft / loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 25 cm thick after laying of pipe complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directerd at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from the starting point all as specified.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surface and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable MS clamps, angle, MS flat iron and Nuts, Bolts and washers complete all as specified.

Material and labour for MS clamps, angle, MS flat iron and Nuts, Bolts and washers including necessary welding work complete all as specified.

Taking up old rusted CI water mains of 300 mm bore dia metre from trenches/floor (including all fittings), with Spigot and Socket ends and recovering the lead by burning out the old lead joints and relaying the same with new /old fittings and fixtures as required after cleaning internal surface of serviceable pipes by using wire brush and cleaning throughly with fresh water and taking out mud/salt/scale deposited inside the pipes complete all as specified.

Supply and fix as in repairs and testing Sluice valve cast iron body leaded tin bronze rings as per IS 318, Gr LTB-2 & non rising spindle high tensile Brass as per IS 1570, IS 6603 with high tensile brass stem nut etc of size 80 mm bore both end flanged class PN 1, 6, ISI marked conforming to IS 14846-2000 and one number hand wheel including making new flanged joints with 3 mm thick rubber gasket with necessary bolts, nuts, washer etc of suitable size complete all as specified.

Supply and fix 50 mm bore dia, Gun-metal, gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends on G1 pipes with GI union fixed in existing/ new location including removing old unserviceable ones complete all as specified.

Dismantling of broken valve pit of size 2.00x2.00x1.5 m and material and labour for new valve pit inclduding all allied works such as plastering with 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 brickwork built in cement mortar with sub class B brick PCC coping with 1:3:6 type C2 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates including welding of MS angle and sheets as required for repairing whole valve pit and painting all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 57 here in above but of size 1.5x1.5x1m.

Material and labour for painting of Pipe, Angle Iron Frame, steel tank etc of any description and size with two coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint after scraping/removing of all old paint, grease etc complete all as specified.

Cutting wild grass bushes, creeper, unwanted vegetation from inside/ surrounding of Installation/Reservoir as an when directed and removing of debris from installation/ Reservoir compound and depositing where directed.

Supply and fix air release valve of size 150mm double chamber ball as per IS-14845 complete with all accessories including taking down unserviceable Air release Valve all as directed.
