In foundations, footings, bases of columns, and the like, and mass concrete, complete in all respects, as per the directions and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge, within all leads and lifts

In walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 meter thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, etc., from the top of the foundation up to the floor level, complete in all respects, as per the directions and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge, within all leads and lifts."

Providing formwork with steel plates 3.15 mm thick, welded with angle iron frames of 30 x 30 x 5 mm, so as to give a fair finish, including centering, shuttering, strutting, and propping, etc., with wooden battens and ballies. The height of propping and centering below the supporting floor to ceiling should not exceed 4 meters, and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete in vertical surfaces, such as walls (any thickness), partitions, and the like, including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth, and string courses, complete, including all leads and lifts, as per the directions and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying of mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work, including bending, binding, and placing in position, complete up to the floor level (tor steel), complete in all respects, within all leads and lifts, as per the directions and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
