Material and labour for Removal of oil, dirt, laitance and other containments by manually and surface shall be fairly smooth finish. Injection of grouting of construction joints and honey combs if any with cementitious pressure grouting with 40 Psi pump using Cobex 100 or equivalent @ 225gms mixed to 50Kg bag of cement including joints packing using polymer modified mortar. Providing and applying pitch free polyurethene water proof coating using Fosroc Nitoproof 600 or equivalent, over dry surface at 1.5mm thick in 2 coats with interval period of 6 hours over a substrate at coverage rate of 2Kg/Sqm using spray/squeege/ roller/ brush. Water proofing coating shall have the elongation of 200% (ASTM D412-90, Tear resistance of >7N (ASTM D 624-00), and tensile strength of 1.5N/mm2 (ASTM D412-90) and it should have a solid content of 80-85% .Sprinkle fine aggregate straight after the application of Nitoproof 600PF to get the mechanical key for protective plastering complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume roofing system aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm total thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws shall be continuous with no joints complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. SOLAR ELECTRICAL PLANT:- Design, supply, erection, installation, commissioning and testing of roof top solar photovoltac power plant(ON-GRID) on existing building at NODPAC(P-06) capacity 50KW(AC) fixed tilt type and power evacuation at 415V 3 phase system all as per guidlnes/norms issued by MNRE & Indian metrological dept approved solar radiation data viz direct normal irradiance , global horizontal irradiance etc complete comprising with the following:- (a)Supply, erection, installation, commissioning and testing solar PV modules capable for generating 50Kwp(AC) electricity at 415V 3 phase system. These solar PV modules shall be as per approved design parameters with mono crystalline silicon solar cells of minimum wattage 330/325WP with minimum 72 cells & efficiency not less than 14-18%, confirming to IEC 61215, IEC 61730, IEC 61701,IEC 61646, IEC 62108 and must be tested and approved by one of the IEC authorised test center solar PV module should be of approved Indian brand only and qualify under the domestic content requirement(DCR) norms of NWN/SECI and testing requirement by MNRE the PV modules will be warrented for a minimum period of 25 years. Solar PV modules used in system must be warrented for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of ten years and 80% at the ned of twenty five years. Each solar PV modules must use RF identification tag the foolwing information must be mentioned in RFID used in each module.
(b)Name of manufacture of PV module,Name of manufacture of solar cell, moth & year of manufacture(for solar cell & module)country for originie(It is mandatory to use cells and modules manufactured in India)I-V curve of module, wattage, L-M, V-M & FF for the module, unique serial No & model No of the module, Dtae and year of IEC PV qualification certificate. The PV modules used in solar power projects must qualify the latest edition of the following International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC)OV modules qualification test or equivalent BIS standards. (d)Material and labour for module mounting structure(MMS)fabricated from Hot Dip galvanised (GI)Iron structure of suitable size with specified tilit angle according to site requirement & optimum angle to achieve max benefit of solar energy & suitable to with stand 150Kmph wind speed all as per approved design parameters complete.(e) Supply , laying and testing required qty of DC cable 1x4Sqmm multi strand tinned copper conductor confirming to relevant IS, weather proof UV resistant with operating temperature upto 120 degrees, minimum rated voltage 1100V for inter connection of SPV modules including suitable size of cable lugs, male & female MC4 connections & joints etc.(f) Supply, erection,installation,commissioning and testing required qty of junction boxes/SMbs of 50KWp AC output all as per approved design & layout plan for combining output of solar PV modules DC rating of breaker designed rating with string fuses on both positive and negative side of string complete with SMB voltage rating 1000V copper busbar weather proof enclosure with NEMA rating complete.(g)Supply, laying and testing required qty of DC cable 2 runs of 6Sqmm multi stranded tinned copper conductor through PVC conduit 20mm dia ISI marked, weather proof UV resistant with operating temperature upto 120 degrees for connection from string junction box to invertor/PCUs including suitable type of cable lugs, male & female MC4 connectors Joints etc.
(h)Supply, erection, installation, commissioning and testing solar PV modules capable for generating 50KWp(DC to AC 415V in three phase system)all as per approved design parameters & capable of generating output vltages of 415V AC at rated load condition with efficiency not less than 98% confirming to IEC 600982-2/VDE standard with power reduction,LVRT with protection for anti-islanding, ground fault mentioning, grid monitoring, AC & DC over voltage and undervoltage protection, AC & DC short/over current protection and DC reserve polarity protection, graphic display etc all as specified and directed.(j) Nominal Voltage: 415V(415 + 10%) 3 phase, 50Hz, Control: Microprocessor/DSP, switching device: IGBT/MOSFET, Grid freq synchronization:3Hz or more, Ambient temperature-20 degree C to 50 Degree C, Humidity:95% non-condensing, protection of enclosure:IP 20(Indoor)IP 65(outdoor), No load losses<1% of rated power,Inverter efficiency:>97%(without inbuilt galvanic isolation)>93%(with inbuilt galvanic isolation), PF:>0>0.9 thd,<3%. The inverter should have internal protection arrangement against any sustainable fault in feeder line and against the lighting on feeder should have isolation transformer, the inverter generated harmonics, flicker, DC injection limits, volt range frequency range and anti islanding measures should follow the latest guidlines/IEC 62116/BIS code.
(k)Technical requirement for BoS items of SPV plants: Technical specification of power conditioners including MMPT & protection for use in grid solar power plant are as under:-Environmental testing:- IEC 60068-2/EqIS, efficient measurement:IEC 616833/IS 61683, Product safety: IEC 62109-1 & 2, Grid connectivity interface :IEC 61727: 2004 , Interconnection PV investors:IEC 62116, Electromagnetic interface:IEC 610002,3,6, Batteries : As per relevant BIS std, Cables:IEC 60227/IS 3043:1986, Earthing/Lightning:IEC 62561/IS 3043:1986, Surge arrestors : IEC 60634-5-53/relevant IS code, Surge arrestors: IEC 60634-5-53/relevant IS code, circuit breakers:IEC 60947,11,III 60947 EN 50521, Junction boxes & enlcosures: IP 65/IP 21 , meters as per DISCOM guide lines/IS/16444, grid connectivity: as prevalent in the state/as per CA, warrenty: the mechanical structures ,electrical works and SPV power system must be warrented for a minimum of 5 years.
(l) Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT 415V grid pannels out door type for power evacuation and grid interconnection systems with the existing LT panel directed by Engineer-in-Charge at sie with rated capacity of circuit breakers at both side, busbar, CTs, digital metering, relays gross metering etc all as approved design parameters with totally enclosed, fully interlocked, metal clad powder coated enclosure including PCC foundation complete. Note: earth work & LT cable of size required for connection of inverter to grid panel shall be measured and paid seperately. (m) Modification of existing LT panel/Feeder pillar box by extension of busbar for meter connection with and including MCCbs off rated capacity, sheet metal enclosure complete & connecting. Supply and lay UG cable in trenches/passing through pipes/fixed on walls/poles cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables(Heavy duty)1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5core 50Sqmm with suitable cable gland all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and lay in trenches/fixed on walls/poles GI tubing medium grade with all fittings of 40mm dia including taking down old unserviceable GI tubing all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fix MCCB 4 pole 415Volt adjustable type 125Amps with breaking capacity 16KA with enclosure all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level)with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point including excavation and earth work, PCC chamber,RCC chamber cover, watering pipe, funnel etc including testing on completion.
Lightning conductors:-Supply and fix Aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm with porelain insulators, saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductor and aluminium conductor above ground complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix Air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix Test point terminal block made of gunmetal of size 75x75x25mm drilled and screened including all fixing arrangements with hexagonal headed screws complete all as specified.
Supply and fix 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip with saddles and screws etc burried in ground/wall complete all as specified and directed.
Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 (of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including provn of necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit, RCC cover common salt, charcoal dust, returning, filling in of soil, removal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr etc including testing on completion complete all as specified.
