Tightening of all categories of the nut & bolts of the tower up to specified value of the Torque by use of Wrench Torque Rachet type including those of other fixtures such as antenna, wave guide, ladder, working platform etc. nd replacing the damaged nuts / bolts wherever required etc all complete as per the direction & satisfection of the Engineer in charge. (This item includes all the labour, material and T & P etc. required for the complete item except the cost of new nuts, bolts and washers if required which shall be paid separately.) (a) 40 m of 100 m HW 4 legged Rectangular Tower weighting Approx. 65.00 MT

Supplying & Replacing including testing & commissioning of LED's (light emitting diodes) lamp of Galtronix BINAY or VIJAY or equivalent on circular drum made of fibre and supporting arrangement etc, with inbuilt day night sensor and transformer etc. complete (a) At the 40 m height of tower as per the Aviation Standards.

Supplying and replacing PVC double insulated 2 core x 1.5 Sqmm armoured power cable of approved brand and manufacture etc all complete with necessary clip,tag, etc, as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing single spike solid copper lightening arrestor of 600 mm length, 12 mm dia having necessary threads & brass nut at bottom end of the rod.

Providing and fixing display board of size 600 x 450 mm made of 3.0 mm thick aluminium composite panel of approved brand and shape with aluminium sheet on both side laminated to thermoplastic core including lettering indicating the necessary data as supplied by the department in approved colour and shape and letter size made out of Vinyle material. The display board should be fixed at 5.00 m height from stem top and fixed with necessary brackets / clamps / supporting angles etc. The rate shall include all material and labour required for fabrication, painting, lettering/fixing and its arrangement etc all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of 100 Metre high Ground bases Tower up to 40 metre with all its angles,bracings ,ladder,runway and removal of all accessories (If any) including cost of dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead etc. complete systematically with utmost precaution and safety measures as directed by Engineer in charge

Transportation of tower material including ladder, working platform, cable tray and antenna fixtures etc. all from the place of work i.e Kodinar to Veraval. The item includes sorting (if required), loading, unloading and stacking of material all complete and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (a)Transporting from work site to Veraval including loading, unloading, stacking etc.( Approximately 3 loads of 10 MT Each)
