Clearing of jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared and all as directed at site including cost of all labour, tools & plants, water charges & safety measures and all other charges etc., complete.

SE Paint

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. Lighthouse tower wall outside at all heights all as directed and as per standard specifications including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants, scaffolding, bosum chair, and safety measures, all other charges etc., complete. (For exterior and interior wall surfaces of LH Tower incl. scrapping, Primer, 2 or more coats SE Paint)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work. All as directed and as per standard specifications including cost of all labour, materials,putty & primer wherever necessary, tools & plants, scaffolding, scrapping,bosum chair, and safety measures, all other charges etc., complete. (For wooden surfaces 2 or more coats SE Paint)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work. All as directed and as per standard specifications including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants, scaffolding, scrapping,bosum chair, and safety measures, all other charges etc., complete. ( For metal surfaces 2 or more coats SE Paint of LH tower top murrette wall))

With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm). All as directed and including cost of all labour, materials, scaffolding, tools and plants etc., complete. (For Compound wall, Store room exterior surfaces)

Wall painting with two or more coats with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including the cost of all materials, labours, safety, mixing, tools & plants, scaffolding, lead & lift and all other charges etc., complete.
