Decarbonising/ cleaning of Existing LT panel cubical type of various size consists of bus bar and circuit chamber, metering chambers CTs and relays chambers, checking the bus bar joints, bus bar and circuit spouts, cleaning and applying Busbar Insulation Tape to the bus bars , checking the current transformer, applying Monopolist compound at the bus bar joints after tightening of joints ,replaced new suitable size of lugs /suitable copper control cable and reassembling , if any rusted sheet replaced with new sheet as per existing size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of lubricant/ cleaning agents (CRC & rust remover) / hardware like springs/ bolts/ nuts/ washers, lugs/ suitable copper cables cost of labour, T&P required for replacement shall be etc. shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Material and labour for painting to LT panel of any size by scrapping and removing oil paint and applying 01 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by taking due complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Material and labour for painting to 100-400 KVA transformer by scrapping and removing oil paint and applying 01 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by taking due care for HT/LT side supply all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .
