Contract Details

Demolition of precast cement concrete louvres and jallies any type or in any position all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, ttype B0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate, 35mm thick set in cement mortar 1:4 (measured solid), including all mould- ings but excluding frame (Precast frame shall be measured separately and paid for under item 06)

S&F in repairs Galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as directed.

M&L for brick work with brick old bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius using old size bricks built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed

S&F Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes for notching of wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil of any dia, having 50 Nos rounds per 6 metre length (before stretching), on up to 3 m height of wall with ‘Y’ shaped angle iron brackets placed 2.4m to 3.00m apart, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.)/ spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sq.cm with tape (0.5mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/m complete all as specified and as directed including taking down existing rusted coil. Notes: Angle iron supports shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule ‘A’

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite

M&L for chamfering half rounding of edges of cudappa/ granite slab as in platform vertical support and edge poloshing complete all as directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified.

M&L for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250), quality-A all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or grith and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for brooming down surfaces of any description and applying one coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces of walls including preparation of old surfaces & filling cracks and holes etc complete all as speciifed and directed.

M&L for Preparing Old painted surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- It includes cost of vegitation, plants etc remove if any on the wall surfaces.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.Note:-It includes cost of vegitation, plants etc remove if any on the wall surfaces.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs, for manholes etc and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
