OD240399/2025-2026:Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 Meter Circular pole made out of GI pole, complied with IS 1161/IS 2713 with minimum 3.0mm thickness at the bottom and 2.5mm at the top of the pole , Pole section welded by using high end MIG welding process, having a base plate minimum thickness 10MM and having dimention 265X265MM or its nearest size. The base plate have a cable entry hole of 70mm dia at the centre. This mounting base plate along with GI foundation bolts supplied by OEM of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially designed foundation as per site condition. The pole should have two sections, lower section of dia 114mm or nearest size and length 1 mtr and upper section length 2M and dia 60mm dia suitable for installing post top type LED light fitting including weather proof flush door at suitable height inside to that is fixed phenolic laminated sheet (hylum sheet) . After fabrication the pole is coated with marine epoxy primer, finished using environmentally stable powder coated with black colour paint with mat finish (coating thickness 60-80microns).The control gear tray is prewired with 6A SP MCB, and 32A stud type 4way terminal block for loop in / loop out arrangements, 5A 2way terminal connector, 3x1 .5 sq.mm copper flexible cable from MCB to luminary. Fix the pole properly on existing foundation with additional supports if it required.
