Supply of 30M high mast shaft in three sections suitable for 50 m/sec wind speed, as per IS:875 part-III, with head frame, winch mounting bracket, luminaries carriage suitable to install 10 nos. 500W LED Flood light luminaries in symmetrical arrangement. As per Technical Specifications.

Supply of raising, lowering system comprising double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightning finial. As per Technical Specifications.

Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template. As per Technical Specifications.

Supply of LED type double dome aviation obstruction light. As per Technical Specifications.

Construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 meter depth with all materials and labour. As per Technical Specifications.

Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaries with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour as a complete job.

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of 500 W LED Flood light fittings complete with driver and necessary accessories as required to maintain Average 25 Lux for keeping minimum uniformity. Bidder to submit illumination design with location of the mast. Housing material of the flood light should be Matt Grey powder coated pressure Die-cast aluminium housing, with heat resistant tempered glass cover. System wattage of the luminaire should be within 500W and system lumen output should not be less than 120 lm/W. And total Luminous flux shall be 60000 lm (+/- 10%). The fixture should be available with choice of beam angles of NB A3 -25°. Fixture should be suitable for a input voltage range of 120 V to 277 V AC with input power supply of 230V AC ± 10 %. Lifetime should be at least 50,000 burning hours. Ingress protection class of IP 66 and impact resistance of IK 07. Bidder to submit LM 79-80 report of the luminaire from NABL / Govt approved test house along with BIS certificate as required. As per Technical Specifications.

Supply of High Mast control panel made of SS 304 Grade Stainless steel Enclosure of size 600(W) X760(H) X210(D) mm with rain canopy, single door type with cam lock door sealing gasket and gland plate with required openings etc. Material 2mm thick and mounting plate 2.5mm thick comprising the following components with control wiring 10 Sq.mm copper wire for lighting circuit and 2.5 Sq.mm copper wire for motor circuit and termination with suitable lugs complete etc. As per Technical specifications.

Design & construction of RCC barricade wall around the high mast by using M 20 concrete with 10 mm vertical rod at a gap of 200 mm double layer and 3 rows of 8 mm horizontal rod by keeping 2000 mm inner radius from centre of high mast foundation as per the specifications. As per Technical Specifications

Providing RCC/Stone masonry foundation for the High Mast control Panel and the dimension of the foundation is 800(W) x 1000(H) x 400(D) mm and gap between the pillars is 350 mm for cable connection to the control panel. The foundation starts 300mm below the ground after making 100mm stone soling and height of the foundation 500mm above the high Mast foundation level and curing etc. and the panel should be stand on the four Stainless steel bolts (12mm x 6”) and each bolt with four nuts & washers at 50mm height from the foundation and complete. As per Technical Specifications

Supplying of 1.1 KV LT UG cable XLPE insulated, PVC extruded inner sheath armoured UG LT cable as per IS-7098 Part-1, Armouring strip thickness in average +5% and resistivity 14 Ohms/Kms as per IS-3975. i) 3.5 core 70 sqmm

Providing GI pipe earthing for High Mast & feeder pillars using 40 mm dia 2.9 mm thick, 2.5 meter long GI pipe with GI funnel with mesh and suitable size reducer fixed on the top of the earth electrode. The funnel should be enclosed in a CC chamber of 400 x 400 x 400 mm with a cast iron cover. The electrode shall have staggered holes of 12-mm dia and the electrode should be covered 150 mm around with alternate layers of salt and charcoal from the bottom of the pipe to the bottom of the CC chamber the connection from the electrode is to be established through GI Flats. (25x3mm for lighting and panel & 50 x 6mm for lightning arrestor) using GI bolts and nuts. work includes supply & fixing of required GI flats for each earthing connection.

Installation and commissioning of the stainless steel high mast control panel by terminating the required cables such as Incomer, lighting and motor. Work also including supply and fixing of required materials such as glands lugs etc complete job.

Supplying and installing cable route marker made up of RCC Block of size 100cm (H) x 50 cm (W) x 6 cm (D) indicating Embossed text as “NMP LT Cable↑”with yellow paint an red colour letters and fixing with cement concrete.

Supplying and making end terminations of cable of size 3½Core x 35 sq.mm with suitable glands, crimping the lugs in the Feeder pillars with supply, fixing of all required hard ware complete.

Supply and laying of 63 mm OD/50 mm ID double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE Pipe including all necessary connecting sockets/ couplings/Tees/Bends/End-caps of same materials in existing trench suitable for drawing underground cables.

Digging of trench of 0.6 Meter deep x 0.5 Meter wide, refilling the trench to the required ground level and consolidating etc., complete. i) Hard soil

Supplying and filling sand in excavated trench to cover already laid UG cable to a depth of 150 mm all round the cable.

Supplying and laying of RCC semicircular C cut pipe of 25 mm thickness and 1 mtr length for covering the cable.
