M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with machnical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as directed.

M & L for 20mm thick Polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster rendered in two layers(ie) 15mm &5mm finished even and smooth all as specified Make: Acoplast of ACC,Ready plast of Ultra Tech, Wall Plast<Chem Plast.

M&L for new plaster of exterior/interior wall/ceiling of projection/chajja for appling waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior/Interior wall/Ceiling of projection/chajja by complete removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers and cutting of trunk, branches of tree and Cutting or uprooting grass , then washing the surface with Bleaching powder solution for treatment of fungal applying 1 mm thick white cement base wall care putty to obtain smooth finishes complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The old plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint the cost of all material. T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Emulsion paint work shall to be paid under item No. 5.(ii) The cost of scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces of wall/ceiling of projection/chajja. , of approved make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacture shall be got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) All the material to be incorporated on the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iii) After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE before application of primer and paint for each building. (iv) The colour/shade will be all as approved by GE. (v) The cost of scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or grith, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old distempered surfaces of walls by washing rubbing down and stopping and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion using rollers of any colour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint on surfaces of walls/ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface plastered or unplastered and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete By using airless spray techology with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with flowof min1 ltr psr minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subbsequent coats,all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushing incl removing of all loose scales and applying two coat of colour wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) using coarse sand on fair faces of brick work of concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of primer incl 1 mm thick layer of wall care putty to obtain smooth finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement (1:3) on fair faces of concrete as in ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking out cement plaster from ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applyying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
