Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to up to floor five levelas per specification and direction of E-I-C.

Providing and laying in position 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size Recycled Aggregate RA))excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to up to floor five level as per specification and direction of E-I-C.

Providing, mixing and applying 12 mm average thickness SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/mm2).all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved as per specification and directions of Engineer-in- Charge Note : The quantity loaded in the truck shall be reduced by 30% for debris, 20% for earth & Incinerator waste and 50% in case of stones / rubbles towards voids for payment purpose.

Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line for grouting including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and injecting approved Epoxy injection grout in concrete/RCC work in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/ masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.)

Providing and applying two coat @1.10 kg per sqm integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature (Fosroc's BRUSH BOND RFX) for waterproofing treatment to vertical & horizontal surfaces of sunken portions of toilets prepared by mixing in the ratio as per manufacturers guidelines and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush at interval of one day between each coat. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI- 212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage

Providing, mixing and applying 25 mm average thickness in 2 layers SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polyme minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing & Fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles in dados/wall cladding conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size (or of size 300mm x 450mm) as approved by Engineer-in-Charge over laid over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete as per specification and direction of E-I-C.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame as per specification and directions of Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and fixing to existing door frames 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table - 3 of IS: 14856, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

General terms and Conditions: 1. Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site as well as security conditions at AMD, Bengaluru. (2). The rates quoted shall include cost of all tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastages and taxes GST, Labour cess, IT, etc., as applicable but exclusive of EPF and ESI are exclusive. EPF and ESI are reimbursable as per relevant clause. (3). Removing household furniture/articles, covering the furniture/articles with taurpalins/PVC covers, in each room before starting the work,and rearranging/ uncovering household furniture/articles immediatly after completion of painting has to be done by the contractor at his cost. No extra payment shall be paid for this purpose. (4). Any accident involving labour, construction machinery and person(s) passing vehicle occupants etc. at the work site due to actions of the contractor/his menand/or women will be the responsibility of the contractor. (5).The contractor shall provide all necessary personal protective safety equipments such as safety belt, helmet, safety shoe to all workers engaged on the work and comply with safety code given in the tender. (6). All the flats of apartments are occupied by officers of AMD. Therefore, contractor has to execute the work as per the convenient timings of occupants and with least/no disturbance to the residents. ( 7). All the dismantled/ demolished materials shall be dumped at one place as decided by the department within the lead of 150.0mtr. and all the dismantled/ construction materials & tools shall be carried through staircase only. In any case lift shall not be permitted to be used by the contractor’s people during the execution of work. 8. All the samples of materials which are to incorporated in the work shall be got approved by the Engineer -In- charge well in advance. All mandatory tests for materials shall be carried out/done by the contractor at his cost only. Department will not pay/ reimburse any laboratory testing charges. 9. It is the responsibility of the contractor to handover the dismantled items to Dept. At site. Contractor shall be held responsible for any shortage/ missing of dismantled items untill handing over the same to dept.stroes.

10. The contractor is required to pay his employees / labour as per the prevailing minimum wages approved by State/ Central Govt. The Officer In –Charge or his representative will witness the payment of contractor’s labour and is required to certify that the contractor does not pay less than the minimum wages approved. Payment to the contractor will be released only on such certification from Officer In –Charge. The contractor shall maintain 1. Register of Workmen employed 2. Muster roll 3. Register of wages etc. 11. Contractor shall quote rates for all items after considering cost of materials and labour components and all such conditions leads, lifts, safety precautions, security restrictions that are necessary for satisfactory completion of work as per instructions and site conditions.
