PVC DOOR FRAME: 9.145. Providing and Fixing factory made PVC door frame made of PVC extruded sections of size 75 mm x 53 mm, having wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm). Both verticalssides of the frame reinforced with PVC profile of cross section size 28 mm x 30 mm x 2 mm thickness (± 0.2 mm) and 75 mm x 200 mm long, including reinforcing both ends of the top frame with PVC profile. 9.144. Providing and fixing 37 mm thick factory made PVC door shutter, styles and rails made of PVC hollow section of size 100 mm x 37 mm with wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt bead on one side, styles and rails mitered cut and joint at the corners by means of 2 nos of plastic brackets of size 75 mm x 220 mm at each corner and stainless steel screws, reinforcing the hinge side of style by inserting PVC profile of size 28 mm x 30 mm, with wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm). Lockrail of size 100 mm x 37 mm, wall thickness 2 mm (+ 0.2 mm) will be fixed to the vertical styles. Providing with PVC snapfit beads and panel of size 100 mm x 20 mm, and inserting 2 nos tie bar of 6 mm dia and fastening with nuts and washers complete, all as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge.
ALUMINIUM WORKE 21.1. Providing and rising aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and 15: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required die and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium shap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and 21.1.1 For fixed portion 21.1.1.1 Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)
21.1.2. Sub Head -III (FAN, FITTINGS AND FIXTURES) 3.2. Installation, testing and commissioning of celling fan including writing the down rods of standard length ( upto 30 cm ) with 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable including providing and fixing phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box etc. as required.
3.3. 3.5 Supplying, Installation of Exhaust fan sweep not less than 300 mm in the existing opening, and made of Aluminium die-cast motor body, Front protection guard, Low noise operation, robust metalbody,double ball bearing,anti dust, High speed(minimum 1350 rpm) & high air delivery(minimum 1000 CMH) including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required.
3.11 Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of surface mounted square/round shape LED downlighter having suitable housing Lumen efficacy ≥ 100lm/watt, System Lumen output ≥ 1200 Im, CRI ≥ 80, Power factor ≥ 0.9 having suitable diffuser and CCT in between 4000K to 6500 K (i/c both Limits) complete with all accessories etc. directly on ceiling/wall including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.
4.1 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. a) Upto 35 sq. mm
b) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm
4.2. Supplying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade with ISI marked (IS 7098 (Part I)/1988 with amendment up to date) following sizes. a) 3 1/2 X 35 sq.mm
b) 3 1/2 X 95 sq.mm
4.3. Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as requried. a) 3.5 x 35 sqmm (32 mm)
b) 3 1/2 X 95 sq. mm (45mm)
4.4. Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. a) 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)
4.5 Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required. a) 80 mm dia
4.6 Supplying and fixing of light class G.I. pipe of 80 mm dia. (nominal) 3 metres length along the pole for protection of under ground cable as required.
5.1 Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25 mm dia 300 mm long, G.I. tube, having single prong at top, with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick G.I. base plate including holes etc. complete as required.
5.2 Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required. (For horizontal run)
5.3 Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required. (For vertical run)
5.4 Providing and fixing testing joint, made of 20 mm X 3 mm thick G.I. strip, 125 mm long, with 4 nos. of G.I. bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required
5.6 Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
5.7 Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required
5.8. Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
5.9 Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required
5.10 Providing and laying G.I. tape 32 mm X 6 mm from earth electrode directly in ground as required.
