REPAIR TO ROAD AND ROAD SIDE FURNITURE AT AF STN JODHPUR UNDER AOR OF AGE B/R-I, GE (AF) NO 2 JODHPUR.

M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces not exc 50mm and area exc 400 sqm ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunkensurfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal),complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finnaly fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or mechanical blower to remove all loose soil, dirt etc,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for paving bitumen for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bitumenious primer VG-10 at 04 kg per 10 sqm,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous macadam with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG 30 laid rolled and comapcted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required chamber and gradient by using self propelling mechanical paver complete ,complete all as specified and directed. Note: (Compacted thickness shall be measured)

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen VG 30, rolled and compacted too required camber and gradient , complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100mm thickness (Compacted thickness) Moorum/red bajri spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and chamber and complete all as specified.

M&L for premixed sand seal coat Paving bitumen vg.30 with 0.06 cum of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like not exceeding 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 ,complete all as specified and directed.
