Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable point wiring of any type (light, fan, socket, power etc) complete with fitting such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, pendants, lamp holders, light fitting etc including CI/ pressed steel terminals, switch box and making good the disturbed surface of wall/ floor etc to match with the existing surfaces of wall/ floor complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/ floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/ floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, a recovery of @ Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute, the decision of Accepting Officer will be final and binding. (ii) Old fittings/ fixtures / accessories like switches, sockets, lamp holders, regulators etc., if found in serviceable condition shall be removed carefully for reuse in the work or taking on charge. (iii) Only old unserviceable items will be considered in credit Sch.

M&L for point wiring with 1100 volts grade single core conforming to (IS:694 /1990) PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) with continious earth wire of 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) PVC insulated unsheathed, drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit "medium grade" (ISI marked), not less than 20mm dia duly concealed on wall/ ceiling or above false ceiling with fittings medium grade (Color coding of wires shall be phase, neutral and earth wire all as specified) sunk metal flush box with and including decorative polycarbonate frame for housing modular switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including white cover plate complete all as specified and directed for following:- Note:- (i) Cost of cutting chases of suitable girth where required on brick /concrete surface and making good disturbed surface in CM (1:3) and matching with the existing surface deemed included in quoted rates. (ii) If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/ ceiling etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/ceiling to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery of @ Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of Accepting Officer will be final and binding.

S&F sub main wiring alongwith earth wire (green colour) with single core FRLSH, PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit (medium grade) with standard accessories and earth wire connected with main earth dolly, of the following sizes of cable & dia of conduit complete all as specified and directed:- NOTE :- (i) Two/four run of single core FRLSH PVC cable with one/two run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit (RM). (ii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in wall/pillars/columns etc of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM (1:3) including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. The portion of sub main wiring at ceiling shall be in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on ceiling surface with using PVC rawal plugs.

M&L for repair and replacement of existing rusted metal circuit box including hylam sheet and switch, sockets, regulators with new 1/2 way-way modular type metal box with and incl decorative polycarbonate frame for housing modular switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including white cover plate complete and connect existing circuit wiring with new switches & testing complete all as specified and directed Note:- 1 payment witll be done for each module as per rates quoted by the contractor 2.switch/ socket/ regulators will be paid seperately.
