M & L for 25 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 10mm graded aggregate as in Sub base for flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Non Skid Ceramic Tiles, Joint Free, Coloured, Premium Quality of size exceeding 0.18 Sq.m and not exceeding 0.38 Sq.m, 8 to 9 mm thick [Square or Rectangular] as in Floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Joint Free Glazed Ceramic Tiles, Edge Cut, Concept Type, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size 450 mm X 300 mm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Vitrified Tiles, Double Charged, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size exceeding 0.36 Sq.m and not exceeding 0.42 Sq.m, 9 to 10 mm thick as in Floors, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for brick work in half brick thick walls using Fly Ash bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in Cement Mortar 1:4 including 2 Nos of 6mm dia bars at every fourth course of brick work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
