Installation of 125 kVA DG Set

Foundation for 125 kVA DG Set - Construction of RCC foundation with 50 mm PCC bed, including excavation, formwork, reinforcement, anchor bolts, grouting, and provision for anti-vibration pads as per manufacturer’s drawing and site conditions, complete in all respects

Leading, aligning, and fixing of 125 kVA DG set on the prepared foundation including unloading, shifting to position, leveling on anti-vibration pads, and securing with foundation bolts, nuts, and washers as per manufacturer’s recommendation. All labour, tools, and accessories required for proper completion of the work are included.

Testing and commissioning of 125 kVA DG set at available load, including supply of required diesel fuel for trial run, checking of all electrical and mechanical parameters, verifying safety and control functions, and ensuring satisfactory performance as per manufacturer’s standards. All labour, tools, and testing instruments required are included in the scope.

Supply and installation of exhaust piping using MS pipe of suitable diameter from engine outlet to the discharge point, including necessary bends, supports, clamps, flange joints, flexible connectors, andtermination as required. All accessories, welding, painting, and insulation (if specified) are included for proper completion of the work.

Supply and laying of 3.5C x 185 sq.mm PVC insulated aluminium armoured cable from DG set to panel. The cable is to be laid through vertical shafts and walls in a multistorey building, requiring additional labour, supports, and safety arrangements

Termination of the 185 sq mm cable using Brass Cable Gland and Aluminium Sockets.

Supply and laying of 3.5C x 70 sq.mm PVC insulated aluminium armoured cable.The cable is to be laid through vertical shafts and walls in a multistorey building, requiring additional labour, supports, and safety arrangements

Termination of the 70sq mm cable using Brass Cable Gland and Aluminium Sockets.

Supply, fixing and give termination to the following Cu strips/conductor for effective earthing of the system -25x3 GI

Supply and Laying 2Cx 1.5 core Copper Control Cable.The cable is to be laid through vertical shafts and walls in a multistorey building, requiring additional labour, supports, and safety arrangements

Supply and Laying 4Cx 1.5 core Copper Control Cable.The cable is to be laid through vertical shafts and walls in a multistorey building, requiring additional labour, supports, and safety arrangements

Termination of the above cables using Brass Cable Gland and Aluminium Sockets.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including sccessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as require plate earth

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling withG.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required. 200 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness.

MS Structural - Supply, fabrication and installation of supports using M.S angles and plates of adequate size painted with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy grey paint.

Roofing for 125 kVA DG Set - Supply and installation of structural roofing over DG set using MS tubular sections with GI truss, purlins, and precoated GI sheets (0.5 mm thick) including necessary supporting framework, primer and two coats of enamel paint, gutters, downpipes, fasteners, and all accessories complete in all respects

Documentation, preparation and getting approval from Electrical Inspectorate For the 125KVA DG set (All Statutory fees shall be remitted by the Client / Consumer or it shall be reimbursed on the submission of supporting documents)
